Dec 28,2017BASI were recommended to me by a neighbour when I asked who best to call in to carry out a boiler service at my newly acquired property. So my first experience with BASI should have come after I called and booked an appointment for some weeks hence. Then typically, because the weather was worsening, my central heating developed a fault. Despite being already overwhelmed with emergency calls during the cold spate and mine not an emergency in the truest sense of the word, they brought forward that service and sent an engineer round to investigate the problem. Since it turned out not to be a simple fix they then not only arranged for it to be the same engineer who returned to finish the job on a further appointment that fitted in with my plans but when those plans changed at the last minute he quickly rescheduled his day to bring that appointment forward for me. Needless to say, the number for BASI is now programmed into my phone for future reference.

A big thanks to Harminder too - brilliant customer service and keeps things ticking in the back ground. I’d recommend Basi to all my friends and family - great firm.

Nov 07,2017Twelve months ago had basi fit new boiler with some concern about the distance problem ; they being based in Yorkshire and we are in Chadderton Lancashire. But good to their word , a week to the year after having it fitted we received phone call off Steve to come and service the Boiler. So would like to say a big thank you Steve Pattison for being on time doing a good job and putting us at ease and having a laugh at the same time, HARD TO SAY THAT TO A YORKY ( only joking Steve ) many thanks , Rick&Mary

Nov 01,2017We employed Basi to install a full central heating system fitted in a large property in Leeds. I have been very impressed with them throughout the whole process; from the surveying and quoting to the actual fitting. Our fitters, Lewis and Zack were polite, friendly and hard working. Rather than taking the easy options, they did extra work running pipes and chasing walls to make sure I was happy with the end result. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use Basi again for my next project, and will make sure I ask for Lewis and Zack to do the work

Oct 19,2017Hats off to Kultar and Jas who have got an amazing team and colleagues. We got our boiler replaced last year and although there was some misunderstanding with the quotes initially everything was sorted out in a professional manner. The installation was professional and they took up most care of the property and left it clean and tidy. The best part is the after sale support. Without hesitation they have come out twice to deal with minor problems and provided 5 star service. I am a very happy customer indeed!

Oct 19,2017I have just had a Boiler replacement from BASI. From the estimate to handover this company was great to deal with. There was a minor issue which was handled by Gareth with professional care and attention. The Installation was carried out by Zak, Lewis and Paul. The installation took a few days and the job was done and the site was left clean. I would recomend BASI Thank Andy Edenfield Lancashire

Oct 13,2017BASI HEATING are in my honest opinion excellent, one of there surveyors called on a Friday afternoon explained everything about the different boilers and which he thought was adequate for our home including there excellent finance offers,we even had it installed on the monday I really recommend BASI HEATING.

Sep 27,2017I had my bathroom done by Tanny and Craig they did a brilliant job. From start to finish I was delighted. Tanny and Craig were totally trust worthy I had to work so had to leave them to it and I must say they didn't disappoint me. Excellent job done and very reasonable I would Defoe recommend Basi heating to anyone. Left the place spotless after them.
