Feb 13,2023Alex and Bradley came to fit some new radiators, regulators, clean and flush the system out and put inhibitor in. What can I say other than a 5 star service, they were spotless. Good friendly guys and a great laugh, efficient and hard working. Would highly recommend these lads if you need a job doing. Double and triple checked everything before they left. Thanks so much we will definitely use again. We have used Basi several times and for various jobs and always be extremely satisfied with the work done. Big thanks to Alex

Dec 16,2022I had a nightmare this week when our boiler started rumbling and wouldn’t start. We tried bleeding the radiators but no joy and with a poorly 6 month old and 4 year old i was getting very concerned! Called Kultar from Basi who came out to me himself to see if he could fix the problem as all the engineers were busy, he thought it may be the pipes (the boiler is in the bathroom) but had no ladders on him so called on of the engineers to come and take a look. Alex came and low and behold the pipes were frozen. He sorted it out for us and got a new part and we had heating again before it got dark much to my relief. Alex is also going to arrange to get some insulation sorted for us too to prevent it happening again (we live high up in Queensbury!) Thank you so much Alex and Kultar for looking after us!

Dec 06,2022I've used BASI Heating several times now and they are my First Choice as they are ALWAYS on point. Kultar (Snr Surveyor) is always quick to respond and survey the 'job'. He offers advice on the issues/problems and gives the most suitable, practical and/or best fit solutions, whilst listening to any personal budget constraints. The Heating Engineers/fitters are very professional and efficient. There were 3 engineers working on the last job and they all knew their respective roles and worked in a very tidy manner, preparing the job in advance and cleaning up as they worked and thoroughly afterwards. Fast & Efficient Service with some great friendly staff!

Nov 28,2022Within a week we had an estimate and an acceptable price for a boiler conversion to a combi boiler. This was carried out by Bob and Jay three days after our initial phone call. Bob and Jay are like Morecambe and Wise. First class workmen. Lovely tidy job and cleaned up after themselves. A pleasure to have them working in your home. First class service from initial phone call paying the bill. Absolutely brilliant.

Oct 01,2022A good website quoting mechanism led to a call next day, a survey two days later, and on Thursday the next week, our boiler was fitted. The boiler was carefully integrated into our fitted kitchen and is working perfectly. Good work, and a thorough clean up afterwards, with the job done in less than one day. I chose Basi because the owner bought a new car from me in 2015. He and his wife were absolutely charming to deal with, and I went to them as a first choice as a result. You can't beat dealing with nice people, and the company matches the owners in this respect.

Sep 14,2022After recently moving house, we decided to have the heating system changed to a combi boiler. Kultar came and did the initial survey and was very polite and knowledgeable. He recommended a vaillant boiler and gave us a quote which we were very happy with. We agreed to the work and within a week, Alex, Ethan and ‘Uncle’ Bob came out to do the installation. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and polite. They made sure that everywhere was sheeted up and got to work straight away. They did an amazing job, keeping us updated every step of the way. They were neat, tidy and did a very professional job, all whilst keeping us smiling with their fantastic senses of humour and great banter between them. They also serviced the gas hob and gas fire whilst waiting for the system to get up to temperature. Alex went through all the operating instructions with us and explained things very clearly. We are delighted with the boiler and cannot praise highly enough the amazing team that carried out the installation. We would definitely recommend Basi to anyone wanting a new heating system installed. Thanks a million guys!

Aug 17,2022I had a yearly service on my old boiler on Friday only to find out it was no longer fit for purpose. The engineer that attended gave me some guidance and options which led to the following. Kultar visited me on Saturday morning to assess and sent the recommendations off to Vaillant immediately. I was contacted by Jackie at Vaillant on Monday morning with a quote and payment options. Jay and Kez came to my property Tuesday morning and fitted a new boiler for me. The whole experience was extremely efficient and everyone that came to my property was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't believe how easy it was to organise and a big thank you to Jay and Kez for the work they carried out, but also the guidance they gave me. Would definitely recommend Basi to others

Aug 17,2022I recently had a whole new bathroom fitted by Basi. They came and ripped out the old bathroom, leaving me a toilet right until the new one was put in. I was dreading the whole experience but it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Daniel kept me up to date at all times with timescales and the progress of the bathroom. His attention to detail is exceptional, he’s a perfectionist and a hard worker. Daniel was super polite and friendly, he left the bathroom clean and tidy every night and made sure I was happy. I would not hesitate to use Basi again, especially Daniel! Thank you so much guys! Very happy customer!

Aug 09,2022Survey (Kultar) to fit (Kez & Jay) was outstanding. Replacement of Vaillant Eco boiler in 48 hours! Kultar offered his valuable knowledge with respect to us choosing the right boiler system for us on Tuesday followed by a call from Amanda arranging a swift install for us by Kez and Jay on Thursday! They were respectful of our home, very efficient, neat and tidy and talked us through all the boiler controls. We would highly recommend Basi Heating, a 5 star job from start to finish…. Jul 28,2022Just had a Vailant Combination fitted by Basi Heating Bradford. Initial survey was done by Kultar and gave me great advice and a lot cheaper than other quotes . Jay and Kez were very efficient and neat and tidy. The payment process was very straight forward and they took care of the warranty registration. Would highly recommend them.

Jul 22,2022Alex and Ethan were very polite and friendly when fitting my new boiler. They cleaned up everywhere when finished and showed me how all the controls on the boiler worked. All seems to be working fine but I’m sure they’d be very helpful if I have any issues with it going forward. Also a few hundred quid cheaper than the likes of BOXT. Would definitely recommend BASI for anyone who needs a new boiler.

The 2 lads that came to fit my boiler were great very clean and tidy and did an exceptional job. Very impressed and would 100% recommend. Although the lads taste in music need some work😂 ( 50’s classic I think)😂 thank you all for a great job 👍🏻✅

Alex and uncle Bob who were the installers came in to do the installation and did a brilliant job and again very efficient and quick turn around . I would highly recommend these guys if anyone looking to install new boilers . Thank you all
