Jan 25,2016We recently had a new boiler installation from Basi Heating on 7th January 2016. The service from start to finish was outstanding. We have some issues with our installation and having spoken to Govi, he arranged for an engineer to come out and resolved matters swiftly. Highly recommended and outstanding service!

Jan 23,2016Lewis and Tanny came to replace my boiler. It was a 2 day job and they were outstanding. They worked efficiently and with superb quality workmanship. They were very clean and tidy and even brought a Hoover to clean up at the end of the day. They worked as hard a possible to make sure I would have heating and hot water at the end of day 1. They worked whilst I was out at work and Lewis kept me update by text message on the progress. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made sure I was happy with everything. Lewis spent time going through all the controls with me to make sure I could understand everything. He went through the guarentee of the boiler and workmanship from Basi. I would not hesitate to recommend Basi Heating. You will be in safe hands. Lewis and Tanny were amazing engineers. Thank you very much.

Dec 19,2015Excellent service from start to finish. Left without a CH boiler on the Monday we had a new one fitted by BASI on the Friday of the same week. The surveyor Martin explained things clearly and set out what would happen. The team arrived at 9am and were finished by 2pm. They were polite, friendly and efficient, explained the workings of our new boiler and thermostat and left us with a warm house. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Dec 16,2015Just had a Vaillant boiler equivalent to a Mercedes Benz installed by this company. From my experience I can say these guys are leaders in the work they do, they've got real expertise in this line of work. My friends & other family members have had boilers installed by many cowboys who just cut corners when it comes to the small nitty gritty work but these guys are clean and quickest I've ever seen in my whole experience......

Dec 10,2015One of the most helpful and pleasant firms I have ever dealt with. From the first survey by Martin, who quoted us for the boiler, to the installation itself, to the aftercare, I have nothing but positive comments to say about the whole company. They were not the cheapest quote that I had, but they definitely weren't the most expensive. I had a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30si Compact, flue, plume kit and magnetic filter fitted for less than £1900 with an 8 year warranty compared to the Ideal Logic Plus 30, without a plume kit at £1500. The extra cost was worth the better boiler. Lewis and Happy came to install the boiler and they work brilliantly as a team. One will drain the system whilst the other unpacks the new boiler, one disconnects the old boiler whilst the other assembles the new one. They saved time as a team and had the job done in a day. They took their time to explain the system and the controls thoroughly to me. They were very clean and meticulous throughout. The best thing I like with this whole company is the informal approach (like it was someone you had known for years and treat you as if you were a close friend or family.) I hope to never have any issues with the boiler but I am sure that if and when a problem arises, BASI Heating will be there to sort it out.

Nov 06,2015It's not very often I rush to put pen to paper or fingers to the keyboard but in the case of Basi Heating it was a 'no brainer'. Right from my first contact with them I was treated to good old fashioned customer service and courtesy. I first spoke to Gareth in the office and he arranged for Martin to visit and survey the job. He listened to my requests with regards to the type of boiler I wanted (make/model) to replace my existing boiler and the additional work needed. The price he worked out was very competitive with the other quotes I had received so I decided to go ahead. Gareth arranged a date and time for the engineers to do the job and on the day Lewis & Happy (nickname) turned up on time having first telephoned ahead to say they were on their way. The boiler was changed with the minimum of fuss and disturbance and the finished job was a first class professional installation. The engineers left the site clean and tidy taking away all the old material. Knowing that we have the backing of Basi Heating for future needs is truly 'Peace of mind'

Oct 29,2015received a no hassle, very reasonable quote on the day of survey, job ordered and date set less than a week hence, engineers came and completed job in half a day..change over faultless..Very pleased at all points of contact with this firm. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Oct 27,2015everybody can when promised and the work rate of the installers was excellent. this was a full central heating installation in an old terrace house with laminate floor. we had the boiler and eight radiators fitted in two days,including removal of an old water heater, with minimul disruption.

Oct 15,2015We had a new combi boiler fitted and connected to the central heating I installed myself. Basi' staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Their surveyor discussed the job with me and advised me. The fitters arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and to my specifications. Their quote was not the cheapest I obtained but the difference was easily explained by the quality of the boiler fitted.

I am so thankful that I didn't. BASI were honest, straight to business, no hidden costs, friendly, helpful, and most importantly respectful of my home when working. Thank you for a great job.

Mar 16,2016Having been in the service industry for longer than I want to remember I know how difficult it is to rise above mediocre and "it'll do" levels of service to get to providing a world class service - but that is where BASI Heating are at in my opinion. The website is crisp, clear and informative, the use of technical time-served engineers to do the initial inspection and proposal rather than a pressurising salesman is a master stroke, the installation team are clearly well trained both technically and in customer service and the contacts in the office are on the ball and very helpful without being pushy or forgetting to call back. Price of the job was spot on and the explanation of controls etc. perfect. If there is one small way they could improve it would be to use a tablet or mobile app linked back to the office so I only need to provide my details once and the job sheets and quote sheets would be auto-filled making it an even slicker process. Overall a super job.
