Aug 29,2018Great! I was impressed with the speed of response - Chris the friendly and knowledgeable surveyor was round on the Saturday and we had the boiler fitted on the Wednesday! The fitters did a good job and we've been really happy with the shiny new boiler and replacement radiator we asked for. Only bad point was some tidying was not done - hand prints, oil stains, etc. Happy with the price too!

Aug 19,2018I recently had a full new central heating heating system fitted and had an excellent experience. The engineers (Lewis and Zack) did an exceptional job of the house. Our house has laminate flooring, an unusual layout and is fully lived in with lodgers and a rental room, so I was aware it might be a tricky job and was nervous about how the house might look afterward... I had no need to be. Lewis and Zack clearly took a great deal of care in the job they did and made sure the house was kept as tidy and good looking as possible throughout - even working on specific rooms at my request before others to minimise disruption for guests. Several obstacles cropped up during the work, but each time they were dealt with professionally and in a way that minimised any negative impact on the house (even if it meant them doing more work!) - and Lewis kept me informed and offered options of solutions where possible. I had expected at the end of the work to maybe have to fill in a couple of cracks or cover a few bits over after they had finished the work (a couple of other quotes I got explained I might need to do a bit of plastering here and there, after the job), but they tidied everything up impeccably, and the whole job looks fantastic. Really cannot praise them enough. Chris the surveyor did an excellent job with answering several of my questions beforehand, making himself available by phone and kindly returning to the house for a second visit to go through things again for the benefit of my partner. The office support given by Gareth and others was equally excellent, helping sort out ongoing queries throughout. All in all I am incredibly impressed with both the work that has been done and the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff throughout. A huge thanks goes to Lewis and Zack for the fantastic job they have done, as well as the BASI team for the help throughout. It made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jul 25,2018Absolutely Outstanding Service! I chose BASI to remove my old cylinder and water tank and replace with a combi boiler and although they were not the cheapest of the three quotes i got, i got a great feeling that they would do a really good job right from the start. This was a big and expensive job and i knew i needed to find someone who i could trust to get it right. The engineers Lewis and Zack called to say they were on the way and when they arrived they got through the job so quickly and left the house absolutely spotless, along with doing a few extra jobs for me whilst they were there and all with a smile on their faces! If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and high quality service, look no further.

Jul 13,2018BASI boiler fitting and servicing. It’s been a couple of years since BASI installed a new boiler however their professionalism is second to none. After quotes fro British Gas at a whopping £3,700, BASI came in at under half that amount. They continue to service my boiler yearly and I can’t recommend them enough. No dodgy person turning up at your door as BASI email you a pic of the technician assisgned. Plus you get a courtesy call 30-60 mins before, so you can still be out and about instead of being stuck in all morning or afternoon

Engineers Lewis, Zack and Paul from Basic Heating provided and delivered a superb boiler installation, they were very polite and explained what they were doing and answered all queries and questions, they showed and explained a thorough instructions on operating the new boiler, and didn't rush the job. The installation was very neat and placed were asked. All three engineers were very professional and cleaned up as they worked. Definitely recommend Basic Heating, and huge thanks to Lewis, Zack and Paul.

May 10,2018I would like to share a fitting of my new boiler!first chris the surveyor...fantastic team that come out bob and uncle spud!! intially started off installing the boiler and radiators.. then came andy and alex to save the day!!!excellent work even put my unit back that fits around the boiler!!highley recommended!! Hope the aftercare is as good!!!

Not only were they lovely guys, very respectful and friendly, they did a fantastic job too. The were super clean and tidy and I'm delighted with my new boiler. I couldn't recommend them more.

Apr 12,2018Basi renewed/replaced our en suite. From the initial 'phone call to Basi, through survey, quotation and completion of the work to a very high standard, we were fully satisfied with the whole process. The fitters Tanny and Daniel were extremely hard working and fastidious in the care and efficiency with which they carried out their job. Each evening all tools and materials were moved to where they would be of minimum inconvenience to us and the surfaces cleaned-down as appropriate. We have used Basi Heating since they replaced our boiler 4 years ago and have always received the best of advice and service from them - a very professional company which we would recommend without hesitation. Mar 22,2018We really had the A Team install our new boiler from Basi Heating ! Andy,Alex and Alex installed our boiler and had us up and running with a 21st Century Heating System , removing our antiquated back boiler system which we found was installed by Noah and Sons !!! in next to no time at all. We can honestly say that these 3 guys are a credit to Basi Heating along with Chris and Gareth who completed the Quote ( Chris) and all the paperwork side. We would just like to say Thankyou Basi for your hard work and if we could give you 6 stars we would !! We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Nick and Heather Jones
