Sep 06,2017A very professional experience from the initial sales meeting through to the aftercare. They do not try to sell you anything that you don't require and the overall cost I found to be very competitive. I found the emailed photo identity of the installation team prior to the installation date a very professional and reassuring touch. The installation team themselves were extremely friendly, efficient and conscientious. I would seriously recommend anyone to consider this company when looking for a replacement boiler. Aug 17,2017Our new boiler from BASI is probably as near perfect a shopping experience as is possible. From the outset we were treated with the greatest of civility and professionalism; each stage of the process was accompanied by excellent communication (Gareth); our salesman (Chris) was polite, not pushy but competent and the two installers Lewis and Zack were professional, efficient and engaging. The costs were upfront and in line with our expectations (maybe a tiny bit cheaper than expected). On the day we signed, we booked an appointment for the following week and the boiler was all installed and working within two days. The work was clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending BASI.

Jul 28,2017Having a conventional boiler we decided to get a combi boiler. After getting a few quotes from different companies we decided to go ahead with BASI Heating. They were very professional from start to finish. Chris, the surveyor, was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. Lewis and Tanny, the engineers who carried out the work were outstanding, going above and beyond to get the job done to a high standard. They finished the job in time despite the fact that more work was required than originally expected. I would highly recommend BASI Heating. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

Jul 16,2017Having had my boiler condemned, I had some quotes from a number of local/national companies - BASI was one: and whilst not the cheapest I did feel like they were serious about after care.... I was impressed with the fitting of my boiler, very professional fitters with really nice attitudes, both were very helpful and happy to assist with another small issue I needed advice with whilst at my house. We were in a rush as we had no hot water and BASI were able to schedule a fitting within a couple of days - I was very happy. the overall quality of the service I received from BASI was very high and I would recommend anyone to use them for this type of service.

Jul 13,2017Lewis and Tanny came on time, did the job in just a couple of days, tidied up afterwards and they even came back a few days later to make sure I understood everything properly because I was out when they did the work itself. Great stuff, highly recommended and if I've got anything that needs doing again I'll be giving them a ring. Chris came around a few days beforehand to chat about everything and he was great too.

Jul 11,2017We have just had our boiler replaced by Basi heating,who were recommended by a friend and I have to say the service was excellent. We had an initial visit to discuss what we wanted and what would work best for us,then on the day the boiler was fitted three people came,the job was done efficiently and engineers were really good with very little disruption,before they left they went through everything and cleaned away all the mess. Would definitely recommend this company

The quote was a good price and the appointment was professional, friendly and courteous. I agreed a start date and the work was completed in excellent time and to a really excellent level. I couldn't recommend BASI heating highly enough.

Jul 08,2017From the start when Chris arrived to survey and quote to Alex and Ryan clearing the last of the floor protection up once the job was complete was a pleasure, the boiler replacment was done with no mess or fuss. Alex and Ryan turned up bang on time and were very professional explaining all aspects of the new set up. Nothing seemed to be an effort ( apart from Ryan not taking our dog home) Thanks Basi team ✅

Jul 07,2017I have to-day had the pleasure of having two young workmen renew my Central Heating Boiler there names are Alex and Ryan; I would like to state these two gentlemen are a great advert for your company Not only were they well turned out, very polite, and two very young men that took great pride in there work. They arrived on time, was here for approx. 5 hrs and worked and cleaned up after themselves. WELL DONE Alex and Ryan. You would be welcomed in our house anytime.
