Aug 20,2024I’m again very disappointed with Bellhop service. I have less things than last moving that Bellhop did for me. Your guys left many things behind and load up very bad. I saw the pictures from the truck. I did 11 times moving and never left anything behind. Your service is poor and irresponsible. Last time the truck has roles and my bed and few boxes with books was destroyed. I will open a complaint against your company.

The truck for both loading and unloading showed up right on time (which was super important to us), the teams loading and unloading were super punctual, professional and careful with our items. For an extra fee, we had our dedicated truck with a firm pick up and delivery date. I highly recommend this company. It is pricey, but if you need a job well done, this is it. No hidden fees, and you get a dashboard with the names of the crew contacting you. I really liked the visibility.

They may need some minor directions for things that are awkward to move but they are careful to not damage anything! We will use Bellhop again and recommend them to friends and family!!

I was a little nervous, but Bellhop was seamless. Easy to contact too! That seems to be a problem with some of the other moving services. I called to alter our move a little bit and it was simple.

Aug 15,2024First of all, the guys that came to load my truck get FIVE STARS. They were incredible! Friendly, on time, hard working, and very good at packing a four bedroom house into a 26’ truck for a 14 hr drive. I didn’t have to triage anything to be driven up later. This is my first review after using Bellhops three times. I’m rating Bellhops overall at a four star rating due to a consistent issue I’ve noticed since first using this company back in 2019. The first time using Bellhops we asked for two people to move our apartment around the corner of the same building, from a 1bed to a 2bed. One person showed up. In 2020, we thought it out and requested three people to load a box truck, and two people showed to assist with the loading. In 2024, I had a 4 bedroom house packed into PODS that needed to be loaded into a box truck. I requested four people, and three showed up. Three separate years, three separate moves, and consistently missing one person means a four star review. But game the system, order one more than you think you’ll need, and you’ll either have extra hands or just the right amount of people. I will use Bellhops again

Aug 27,2024The crew was amazing, friendly and quick. They had to carry everything up 6 flights of stairs and did it quickly with ease and never once complained. Then they assembled some of the furniture for me saving us so much time! This was the BEST moving experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!!!
