Aug 01,2024Very unprofessional company. I booked this company to move one small bedroom apartment 2 weeks in advance. They sent me the contract to sign yet made me sign it three more times because they insisted, they didn't receive it. Then the day of the move, actually the morning of, I find out that our truck was cancelled! I was given 0 reasons why, but they couldn't even find me new movers to come and I had to move out that day only! I had to get another company on my own which delayed us in finishing the move early in the morning. I will never use them and recommend them either. On top of that they are overly priced because I found a way better moving company called "Elate Moving" who did the job even cheaper and really packed everything cautiously and finished the job within few hours.

Jul 30,2024Loved the ease of the booking process. James provided great communication and thoroughly explained the process to me. He made me feel comfortable and didn't nickel and dime me. Move day was ok, I was not present at the original location, they communicated when they arrived however, did not communicate when they were departing just to review the notes placed and misc. items were picked up. Therefore, a few items were missed in the move. The driver communicated that he would be earlier than scheduled unfortunately, I was not able to accommodate with my work schedule. The unloading crew was good. Solid team with Joseph, Mack and Tyler (?). They were very sweet and hardworking. they shared that the driver quickly unloaded and left as he had somewhere to be so one of them had to stay downstairs with my items which were left on the dock. I allowed them to borrow a gorgeous limestone rock from my first hike in TN as a door stop and unfortunately that was lost. While it had no monetary value it signified my new beginning! Sadly, it happened and by the time I realized, it was nowhere to be found. I did appreciate Joseph following up with me to check to see if it was located. Overall, Bellhop was a VERY GOOD service! I would use them again.

Jul 26,2024Branden and William moved heavy, bulky furniture from the 2nd floor to the 1st in our old house. It has narrow stairs and tight spaces. They were positive and moved furniture without any damage to walls or surroundings. We would hire again.

Aug 02,2024This was a very last minute decision and it really paid off! The two helpers finished unloading a 26 ft truck in the two hour time slot. It was very hot and there was a lot of steps but they were so pleasant. Shout out to Ekuduroand Jeannie for a great job! We will definitely recommend this company for future moves!
