Dec 26,2024This is for my Houston move. I want to give ZERO stars to this Bellhop Company! ZEROOOOOO. I have never worked with a company who will never let you speak to their supervisor. I booked packing services only and stated it in my notes as well and i was charged $173. I called 48 hrs in advance to inform them I wouldn't need their services and they said it would cost me $200. So i decided to keep the service. On the day of they realized it was only a packing service in which i booked on Dec. 11th online. They called me to tell me it will now cost me $284 per hour w/ a 3 hr minimum to pack up my kitchen because THEY didn't realize it was only a packing and not load and unload. I never even left an address to unload at. SMH. I said oh no that's not in my budget; can you please have a Supe reach out to me asap to dissolve this issue? Do you know the rep tried to blame me and harassed and yelled at me for asking them to refund and cancel due to their negligence. Then he told me that even with a reservation confirmation which the price is confirmed that it will go up. That's unethical practice. They ended up canceling with no call or email from the higher ups and now I'm stuck packing everything by myself and they have the nerve to charge my card $200!! What a joke this company is. I would definitely stay away!!!
