Dec 05,2023Ricky bent over backwards to get a deal together to enable me to buy a new Kia Sportage. I didn't want to have to buy different brand of car because the Sportage is great, but it was getting it in my budget that was the difficulty. He really worked hard at all my options and my car will be here in January. Well done Ricky

Dec 05,2023The showroom is a calm and relaxed space, the staff are eager to see you comfortably seated and wait times are very low. The receptionist was attentive and immediately let my rep know I had arrived; the hot and cold drinks kept my kids sated while I conducted business! Ricky met me very swiftly after my arrival and I had already conducted a very helpful email thread beforehand; I had a few important questions and he answered them fully. At no time did I feel pressured, the test drive was a great experience (in fairness this was partially down to the EV6!) and I felt well-informed and secure in deciding to buy. I would absolutely recommend Ricky and his team to anybody looking for a new ICE or EV in Northampton or further afield!

Dec 01,2023We exchanged our Nissan Note for a Kia Niro Hybrid and all our dealings were with Mitchell Hardwick. Initially we did not know which model would suit us best and Mitchell was very patient with us as he showed us several different vehicles. Eventually we settled on the Niro and he said one was due in shortly. He rang to let us know when we could see it, and again was patient and very helpful as he explained how the hybrid worked. There was never any pressure and and it was a pleasure to be dealing with Mitchell. There were one or two minor hiccups which were quickly resolved, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
