Although the majority of contact with Bells Motor Group was via the phone and emails, the service was courteous and efficient. When I finally met the salesman James Bundy in person who handled my Volvo XC40 purchase he made me and my wife feel at ease and the overall process was a pleasant experience. Thank you!
Excellent service experience at Bells Volvo Bedford. Waiting appointment and there is an office to work from or plenty of space to wait. Mark on the service desk is very helpful and kept me updated on progress. Service was completed with car washed and returned in under 3 hours. Will certainly be bringing our other Volvo cars here aswell in future.

I have calmed down a little bit from ‘get this hunk of junk off my drive’... but only a little bit. I picked up my brand new EV6 at the end of July 2023. I was very happy with the sales process (Gary Page was very good and the information given was excellent). I have put 4000-ish miles on the clock and after driving the car near to my home on 15 December I was charging when an error message came up ‘Due to a malfunction of the Battery Management System, driving is currently not possible. Please call a workshop or your Customer Care Centre for towing’. I appreciate it was 19:00 so I couldn’t contact Kia but I left the car and managed to get a lift home, however, people get a bit antsy when you’re taking 1 of 2 charging bays… I called Kia at 8:30 (and again at 10:02) on Saturday and was told that the Service Team would be in at 9:00 and they would give me a call, and I have heard NOTHING from Kia since. I have also tried the online chat and all I have been told is that After Sales Care isn’t open. I get it, not all departments are open, but I have a car that apparently can’t be driven and an error message telling me to get in touch with Kia. I basically had to move the car before someone took out their frustrations out on the car but it is completely contradictory to the error message. I also think that the Service Team, who were open, could have called even if it was to say ‘sorry we can’t help right now’. This is new technology, and I took a risk buying an EV in the first place but given that I have to travel for work I genuinely don’t feel safe knowing that unless I break down between 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday I am on my own… It’s a shame, the car is bloody brilliant when it works, just make sure that you’re aware of the risks (there are many forums as it turns out with this exact issue) and how you will deal with them by yourself as Kia certainly won’t be there to help.
