Went to the Bells group to look at a Kia Sportage, superb service from start to finish. Not at all pushy to get you to buy from them. Took our car in part exchange and gave us a really good deal. No deposit required. Drive away insurance included, car wasn’t coming up on the insurance database with my broker so rang Kia to extend the insurance free of charge. Simple process. Ricky Rose was the sales person who we dealt with and is outstanding, wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Excellent Experience with Mark and Bells Volvo. Car was serviced with 90 mins of arrival and wash and cleaned when finished. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. We have 2 other Volvos in the family so will be bringing all here in future after such a good experience. We have been let down by more local Volvo dealerships in the past so refreshing to get good service and experience from Bells.

We booked an appointment with Ricky Rose, unfortunately we arrived 30 mins late. Ricky greeted us with a warm welcome, he proceeded to ask what we needed to ensure the vehicle met our needs. Ricky was kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was very genuine which made the process extremely easy. We had one of the best test drive experience ever. I only went for a test drive, and left having ordered and paid the deposit on a car. The latter was as a result of meeting probably the best car salesman that I have ever encountered, and at my age there have been quite a few. Ricky Rose was excellent. Professional, friendly, honest and clearly loves his job. Everything was explained in detail and all queries answered honestly. He also worked hard to give us the best price possible. It was busy during my visit, and at times, junior salesmen or trainees needed his assistance. Without hesitation, he went to their aid, all the time remaining cheerful, and the juniors certainly were not afraid to ask him for help. Latter is very important, as it is not uncommon for juniors to be wary about approaching senior staff. For the juniors, Ricky is very approachable and my observations while there, would suggest an excellent role model. He is a great asset to Bells Kia, and he himself mentioned that Bells Motors is a great company to work for. Thinking of changing your car, make sure to visit Bells Kia Northampton, and if you are in luck, Ricky might be working the day you visit

So back in the summer I was in the position to be looking for a new car ready for my exchange date in October.. I’d already been to various different dealerships, and decided to visit Kia.. On arrival I was greeted by a fantastic sales person named Ricky.. Very happy, very pleasant and clearly very experienced when it came to all the models across the Kia range.. My wife and I were torn between the Sportage spec 3 and the GT Line.. Ricky gave us his time, valuable opinion, and made sure we made the right decision in terms of our next car.. Again Ricky had no problem in arranging to test drive both GT line and Spec 3.. After a very good unrushed test drive in both cars, we decided to go ahead and order the GT Line Sportage.. When ordering the car Ricky was very clear and precise, and he was also very honest and said we probably wouldn’t see the car till March 24.. We still went ahead and ordered the car, as we knew it was worth waiting for.. I was very happy and confident with the car and service I have received going through the test drive and order process.. Unrushed, and no pressure at all.. From July till October, I have had a monthly email from Ricky, just with any new updates in the car.. The best update was in the middle of October to say My car will be here week commencing 20th November.. I was in shock and couldn’t believe it.. And here we are new car day.. I arrived this morning at Kia, to be greeted by a very happy Ricky.. I think he was more excited than us.. After finalising the paperwork we were ready to go and check out the new car, which was already and waiting outside the showroom.. Ricky gave us so much time going around the car, and also going through all the amazing features the car has to offer.. Nothing was an issue at all.. A real nice guy, and a guy I’d like to deal with again.. From start to finish, he took ownership, and made new car day, a day to remember.. Straight forward, communicated with me throughout, and just made the whole process brilliant.. I can’t thank you enough..
Traded my Volvo for a new Kia. Was pleasantly surprised with test drive of Sportage. Was told would have to wait till December, even February. But was pleasantly surprised to receive car 17th Nov. The first salesperson was a very nice man. But then sale was with Gary Page. Who kept me informed and conducted sale in a good professional way. Do miss from days gone by, the haggle and fight for a sale. But sadly those days seem long gone. Love the car, lets hope with time will love me.
