Jan 17,2024Just purchased a new Volvo XC90 from Callum Coles at Bells Motor Group Northampton. From the initial order (no hard sell, just talked me through the options) to delivery, Callum was very helpful and provided good communication throughout the process. When I picked up the car, he was knowledgeable about all the features and settings and spent as much time as I needed to ensure I was happy before I drove away. This is my second car from Bells in Northampton and my experience of their Sales and Service departments has always been excellent.

Excellent knowledge and good communication together with a friendly demeanour means we’ll be seriously considering a return to Volvo and Callum when the time comes to replace this car.

Jan 16,2024Got a Volvo xc90 from Bells Motor group recently. Also part exchanged mine. I must say this was a very good experience. The car was as described and handover was seamless. I drove from a distance to Bells as they had the car I wanted and they were very good to deal with and facilitated the deal professionally. Martin Peasland was my sales executive and I must say he went above and beyond to sort out any issues to complete the purchase successfully and right in time. I certainly recommend Bells Motor group for anyone looking to buy a volvo.

We were looked after by Jack Churcher on 2 of our purchases, who was very informative, friendly and professional throughout our process. He kept us informed on everything from ordering our car to delivery. He also sat with us in the car and explained about the controls we didn’t know about as we have gone from a manual to automatic. Jan 11,2024I had a great experience with my recent car purchase from Bells Motor Group Northampton. Ricky Rose and Gary Page are great guys to deal with. I mostly dealt with Ricky through the sales process and he was very friendly, professional and kept me very well updated along the way. Myself and my family appreciated the loan of a vehicle over Christmas whilst waiting for our chosen car to become available as this meant we didn’t have to cancel our planned family trip. This is the second Kia we have purchased from Bells Motor Group Northampton over the years and I would definitely recommend them. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Jan 10,2024We had been searching for a car on the mobility scheme, which had been proven complex, and time consuming so far. A lot of dead end phone calls until we called Kia Northampton. We were looked after by Ricky Rose, who was professional, informative and friendly, throughout the entire process. This immediately relieved any concerns of the process, and got the car best suited to our needs, with his help. Also, giving consistent progress updates to keep us up to date about whereabouts of the car. Without a doubt excellent customer service!

David, who delivered the car to my home, even washed the car after a 6-hour drive. His excellent service and handover meant the car was pretty much set-up for me from the get-go. I'd happily recommend both of these guys if you're buying a Volvo from Bells in Northampton.

Jan 18,2024I have been to Bells Motor Group twice now - one for a first service and a tow bar fitted & second time to get repairs completed due to damage on first visit! First time the car was returned dirty and no explanation regards to tow bar - so I had to ask !!! Second time the car had over spray from repair on the rear bumper!!!! Paint thumb prints on steering wheel and big dirty boot prints in the footwell and again the car was dirty!!! I have been offered a free car wash, but I love 20 miles away from the garage; I have been offered a driver collect and fuel replaced! This after numerous emails and complaints. NOTE this was all before Christmas, so I’ve given them time to reply and resolve! Now my concern is I purchased my next “major service” in advance and I’m thinking “DO I REALLY WANT TO TAKE IT BACK TO THIS GARAGE?”
