Luke was very personable, fabulously knowledgeable and clearly proud of the KIA range, giving us great confidence in not only the vehicle we purchased, but the associated finance and other procedures involved. Oct 26,2023Well what can I say regarding my experience with Bells Kia in Northampton. Firstly, I attended their dealership looking for a Sportage. The whole team are absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had been reserved prior to my arrival. Now this is where the the star turn Ricky Rose worked his magic . He found me a car I hadn’t seen on line. The car of my dreams …. The team worked together with me to achieve a purchase. There was no pressure . I felt completely confident with their knowledge and professionalism. Also I have the assured aftercare with the Kia remaining warranty . On collection the car was in pristine condition . All documentation and 2 keys at handover . Furthermore , Ricky followed up my collection with contact to make sure I was happy with my car. Never had this before on purchasing a car . These guys are something else. I need to give the team Bella Kia a 100 star review.

Oct 20,2023When it comes to customer service I could not have asked for more. On our first visit Gary looked after us for close to 2 hours. He knew we were just window shopping and on that day had no intentions of buying a car. Still he showed us around a few different cars, allowed us to take a couple for a test drive. Priced up 3 or 4 cars to give us an idea. At all times made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much bother. In the end we did buy a car from Kia, it was the easiest experience of buying a car. Gary dealt with everythin, even had the personal plate on the car ready for me to drive away. Could not recommend Kia northampton any higher. If you want a car Northampton Kia is the place to go. Ask for Gary Page.

Gary Page approached me as I was looking at a car I had seen on the web site. He was very attentive and also pointed out two other models. Fetched the keys and allowed me time to look. After a test drive in a Stonic I decided to purchase the car. Gary made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
