If anything urgent requires attention I get phoned, When the service is done Mark contacts me to say it is done and ready to be picked up. Always treated with respect and all things explained when collecting the car.
I am so disappointed by Bells Volvo. My ‘22 plate XC60 completely died at the side of the road and I called out Volvo assist, costing £160, who couldn’t help & the car was towed to Bells. As I say, the vehicle is 3 years old and less than 30,000 miles on the clock & apparently I need to completely replace the mild hybrid battery at a cost of £1500. I explained that I’d just completed 24 years in the British Army 6 weeks prior so was currently unemployed and all they would offer was a 10% goodwill gesture, because the car was 6 weeks past it’s warranty. This is a warning to anybody not to buy a mild hybrid Volvo, as this expensive part I’m being charged to replace isn’t fit for low mileage or even three years. The battery is covered for 8 years but only for the original vehicle owner so DO NOT TRUST the second hand Volvo market. Really disappointed with Volvos stance that because I was 6 weeks beyond my warranty & even though I explained my employment situation, they weren’t willing to offer more than such an a ridiculous reduction. I’ve had three Volvos now, my partner has an XC40 too & I don’t feel like I’d ever trust them again. Shocking that I thought Volvo were reliable.
Once again I couldn’t fault my experience with Bells today. Nothing is too much trouble for Mark who deals with all my queries in a friendly but professional manner. I would not consider changing to any other dealer

I spent a Sunday visiting various car dealerships in search of a new car. Volvo hadn’t been on my radar until I came across the EX30 Plus. I was really impressed with Martin in sales—his approach was refreshingly relaxed, with no pressure or pushy upselling like I experienced at other dealerships. Martin took the time to clearly explain the PCP options, something other dealerships failed to do, and helped me find the perfect mileage to suit both my budget and needs. So glad I took the plunge and went electric—the EX30 has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the car, and the customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. Thank you so much. I have had four Volvo's from Bells at Bedford, Currently 2019 Volvo V60, I will not take it anywhere else to be mechanically worked on as the service that I have received over the years has been superb, just had 40000m service done, Mark Knight took car of everything as always, Alex the Tech had the service done in around an hour while i waited and then Mark had the car washed for me. I wont say they are cheap but they are competitive in price and as a Paraplegic that relies on my car to be reliable they give me piece of mind that the job has been done properly by fully at rained team with genuine parts, you cannot beat the Team at Bells Volvo. When I visited Bell’s motors, I was sure I wanted a KIA Sportage but having spoke with Tommy he nudged me towards a KIA Niro Hybrid. Wow-Am o impressed with it. Think I have been dragged into the 21st century with all the Gizmos on it. What sealed the deal was the huge KIA warranty still left upon the car. Very happy with my purchase. Excellent service and nice little extra touches. Nice one Tommy.
Jack the sales person was approachable and very fair. Great service and inspired confidence in the company .the car a Kia Sportage is brilliant . The turbo gives the 1.6 petrol engine some umph!! Thankyou
I found the decision to move from Audi to Kia a straightforward step. My vehicle choice was rich with extras as standard whilst other makes and models were charging additional funds to achieve a similar standard of functionality. The car is comfortable with easy reachable controls and fuel consumption is good for its size. Luke the salesman was very helpful and supportive throughout the experience and I would happily recommend Kia to my family and friends.

DO NOT LEASE A CAR THROUGH BELLS VOVLO!!! At the end of the lease agreement when a collection is arranged, they call this a repossession, an excuse to charge you more. Apparently, there is no such thing as "wear and tear" on a 3yr old car that has done 52k miles - do not waste your time with them.
