Mark Knight was extremely friendly, professional and courteous, showing genuine interest in me as a customer, and the reliability of the car. The service was exceptional and as I waited for the car, I was also able to watch the technician Antonio work professionally and efficiently on the car. I would like to compliment both, and would recommend Bells Volvo Bedford.

Apr 18,2025Much better than previous car dealers I have used in the past. Straightforward, helpful and friendly. From initially receiving some very helpful information from Peter Ross at Bells Volvo in Bedford, we took the plunge and purchased our first EV. A Volvo EX30. We are very pleased with the car and the professional way that we were treated throughout the sale, from the initial test drive through to the post sale follow up. All through, we were kept informed and Peter Ross looked after us, always with time to answer questions and thoroughly explained and helped set up all the features of the car on handover. A good experience dealing with Bells Volvo and very happy with the EX30.

I dealt with Peter Ross from the time I ordered the vehicle and until I took delivery. He was so helpful throughout the whole process and when I collected the car he sat with me and set up everything on the car for me. I am not very clever with technology but Peter was very patient and went through everything. First class service .

Mar 29,2025Deplorable customer service at bedford branch. Was told to collect car at 5pm after service unless directed otherwise. Arrived at 5 and firstly could not find paperwork. Member of staff disappeared to 'find,". She returned and sat down at desk directly infant of us and said not a word. After about 10 minutes I asked what was happening. Then unformed our car was in garage and eoyld be about 10 minutes. Well 30 minutes later still waiting for car and bo updates. A courtesy call at some point would have been appreciated to ket us know car would not be ready by 5.
