Ricky Rose was the salesman I dealt with and I found him very informative and helpful and he made the transaction go through very smoothly. Ricky followed up with a courtesy e-mail the following day to check that I was still happy with my purchase and to reassure me that if I came across any issues I could contact him direct. Overall a very positive experience.

Jul 19,2023Thank you Bells Kia. Great experience. I met Ricky Rose on the forecourt and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful with his knowledge about the cars which helped me decide what model I wanted. Takong the car for a test drive there and then was no trouble. He wasn't pushy and it's a shame all sales persons aren't the same. I bought the Sportage and when I collected it he explained everything to me regarding the interior operations and I drove away a very happy person. Thank you Ricky

Jul 18,2023Just got out new Niro from Bells Kia.. car came nearly 4 months late and in different colour, thou this is nothing to do with Bells Kia themself.. so through all the long process we were kept fully informed by Ricky who was sending us updates on regular basis.. also would like to praise Bells for excelent service when we came for a test ride - rearanged all showroom cars to provides us with a test ride on the exact model we wanted.. not something you see nowadays dealer would do for a potential client.. so all together would like to thank Bells Kia and especially Ricky Rose for providing excelent service... Would advise to anyone.. =)

Nothing was too much trouble and Darren Dennison kept me fully updated on my cars status as well as talking me through all of the new features of the car and helping me get everything set up. I will be recommending them to all my friends
