We were greeted with warmth and courtesy by Callum, who patiently answered all of our queries and explained the vehicle's characteristics extremely well. Even after we had purchased the vehicle, Callum continued to patiently answer our questions and has been supportive throughout the whole experience. The Volvo XC40 PHEV we purchased has exceeded our expectations and is one of the best vehicles we have owned.

Bought a Kia recently and can't fault the gentleman who looked after me. I felt they were honest throughout and didn't make any of process difficult or confusing. Top service from start to finish. They even found the ISO fix guides in my old car and let me pick them up the next day.

Just had my XC60 serviced, great value and excellent service, picked up on a couple of issues during the service and they got it straight back in once the parts arrived. Angela on service reception is very knowledgeable and brilliant with customers.
I bought a Kia Sportage from a different Kia franchise around eighteen months ago, relying on the full service history to continue the excellent 7 year warranty that Kia give. I have used Bells Bedford for all the services and MOT's since. A steering fault was noticed and Bells diagnosed and rectified the issue under the warranty and it has transformed the driving experience. Well done Bells and of course Kia.
Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. I’m based about 3.5hrs away from dealership and saw the car I wanted on their website. Peter was unbelievably helpful answering my never ending emails about this and that so I was totally comfortable buying a car I hadn’t even seen in person. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil & Graham delivered it for me on time (in the pouring rain) and talked me through everything. I never felt I was being sold to at any point and felt in very capable hands. Would very much recommend, thanks so much for your help.

The problems in the past has been the size of the cars and the service of the company that we use. Mum wanted a change this year so after much window shopping and much testing of cars we met an absolute awesome member of the team at Kia called Ricky Rose. Ricky talked us and guided us through all the stages of finding mum a new car and he was just awesome. After the first visit to Kia Northampton you already felt like you knew him with his genuine personality and boy, get ready for the smile. Knowledge, care, customer service, personality, Ricky does Kia proud and if you were thinking about changing your car, either motability or for any car for that matter. You wouldn’t go far wrong with Kia Northampton and Ricky rose
