I do not recommend the Bells service, I left the car for the timing belt service and diagnosis of the egr fault. The valve opened and closed on a cold engine at idle. The car did noise , rezonating sound, from an air box and something was obviously wrong. I was informed that there was nothing to worry about and I could drive like that. I took the car to other garage, It turned out that the egr valve was damaged, after replacing the valve there is no more problem, gases flow back into the air filter. I thought that competent people worked at Volvo servise, it turned out I was wrong, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ATT ALL, never again :(

I cannot praise Bells Motor Group enough and in particular Ricky Rose who dealt with my purchase of a lovely Kia Picanto. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole experience easy. His professionalism is second to none. He made sure I was happy and went through everything thoroughly. He also assured me that aftercare is always available and he will keep in touch. I will not hesitate to go back to Bells in the future.

Great service from Garry Page. He has been extremely helpful, a big purchase for me following the recent loss of husband. We always said we'd buy a hybrid so that's what I've done. Gary showed great patience, I've never driven an automatic before, he explained the operation of the car clearly and concisely . I have been very impressed. He has done everything he said he would do at the time he said he would do it, and I just love the car. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I visited the Kia branch in Bedford at lunchtime today for help with my tyre pressures. The staff went above and beyond to help, checking and reinflating the tyres to correct pressure. All of this was done within 5 or so minutes for no charge! I was just advised to keep a check on the pressures in case there were any slow punctures causing the problem. I cannot praise the team there enough... One very happy customer here 😀 Thanks

Booked for a service and MOT. Car was picked up on time. Health check emailed through. Linda Kirtley rang through to confirm all was okay and took monies over the phone. Car arrived back 30 minutes later. Advised service plan finished and details of a new one sent. That is customer service at its best!

What great customer service from Luke. No hard sell , actually listened to us the customer! Allowed us time to test drive the car then think it over. No pressure to do the deal at all , this made a change from other dealers! Car was handed over on time with all prep work complete. Was kept in the loop the whole time and was happy with our purchase. If you need a new car , go and see the team at Bells.!

Amy was brilliant from start, got my car booked in swiftly following unexpected breakdown, kept me updated on diagnostics and progress, sorted everything through the excellent Kia extended warranty provision and even helped by enabling me to collect my car at time that worked best for me.
