Despite having a 3 year service contract and their documentation stating that a benefit of this is "Kia Software Updates" Bells want to charge me £40 saying that the update is free but that there is a labour charge! So despite Kia telling me the car needs a softeare update and having a service contract I am expected to pay extra for this, What next will be an extra? Not impressed.
Very pleased with the service provided by Luke, very friendly and efficient allowing us time to make a decision at our own pace which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and will have no hesitation in returning when we change our other car.
First time getting my car serviced at Bells Kia. This was a much better experience than other Kia Dealerships. I found Georgia on reception helpful and polite and she also explained what had been done to my car in non technical language. I was approached by a Sales Rep, James about possibility of changing my car. He was not pushy which I very much appreciated. All round a very positive experience. Thank you.

I have always found the car showroom experience daunting in the past but at Bells I felt totally comfortable with no pushy sales talk, just great knowledge and advise from Ricky. Ricky Rose at the Northampton Kia garage was very welcoming and helpful when looking for my car. He answered any questions I had and was efficient in getting my car ready for collection. Great service.
I was greeted and the work sheet checked, told how long the work would take and shown the facilities for waiting (coffee machine, biscuits etc), The work was completed slightly ahead of time and I was talked through what had been done.

Great service from arranging service appointment by phone, clear guidance on what's happening and a great touch, meeting the engineer who will be working on the car. Billing is clear and straightforward. Just very professional and customer focussed, which is rare these days.
