Dec 04,2023Would not use these guys again, so slow, I have to go to another provider and am at the risk of losing the property. Worked with a consultant here for a period of a month, and in that period he failed me get me a mortgage offer for a buy to let despite me sending him everything. Poor communication, and lack of, lack of update. Tried to contact numerous times, yet still have to hear back. Poor, poor service for a provider that banks on its customer service 😢 would not use nor recommend.

Nov 06,2023The process was very systematic and clear. Also the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly my Loan Consultant Katie DiRosa. My only comment would be to have better control over the automated processes for people who don't need certain things. For example I already had an a completed appraisal before applying which turned out to be a bit difficult to use with the automation.

I had originally been working with another lender when making offers on homes and eventually had one accepted before the previous lender started giving me issues. With an offer accepted and a closing date already scheduled, I sought out help with Better. Everyone I worked with at Better was fantastic (especially Kody Powell and Luke Holden) and helped me get approved and everything squared away in time to have a closing on a very quick turnaround. I could not be happier with my experience. If it wasn't for Better, I would not be a homeowner right now.

Jan 04,2024Best experience ever, better.com helped on close on a house within 3 weeks , overall process was easy and well defined , we got the final approval from sellers on 12/12 and our closing was done successfully on 12/22 , we locked down the rate on 11/30 , during this period mortgage rates went down , so even though i had locked the rates better.com helped me reduce the rate based on market conditions, going forward better.com would be my first choice for any mortgage needs
