Dec 31,2021It was really best experience working with Ivory and Christina at Better. I never imagined that all the process will be completed and I will close in 17 days. I liked the digital platform for all the tasks. Ivory made sure that all of my questions are answered. She went above and beyond. They were in constant touch with me at all the steps of the process. I even got my questions answered in weekends.

Whenever I had a question or a concern regarding the process, she was quick to call and provide the needed information. Really this process was extremely smooth I couldn’t believe until we finally closed. Best mortgage experience hands down and stress free.

Dec 29,2021Better.com did a good job mostly because there was good communication with my two point people. They were real humans who helped me understand complex elements in clear language. Better was also very generous in covering points for me as an incentive to use them. However, I am not giving them 5 stars because they didn't finish their due diligence in time for closing and closing had to be pushed back twice in order to give them time. If I was not experienced in the refi process, I would have accepted the unexpected drastic changes and have been very badly inconvenienced. Luckily, when I pushed back, they listened and fixed their mistake. I would recommend Better to my friends who have some savvy in the mortgage world.

I was a little skeptical of the online process before I started, but Better.com was recommended as a top online lender. They did not disappoint. Doug led me step by step through the process and we closed on my loan in less then 10 days from start to finish. The process was thorough, easy to navigate, and Better was there to guide you as you had questions. Extremely streamlined. The experience was excellent!
