Mar 06,2025We arrived at the rental office, got out keys from the box and went to the car. After a quick walk around check we found a seatbelt wasn't working. I made my way to the desk where the staff were polite and welcoming. They came straight out to take a look. Two minutes later I was given the keys to another vehicle and done. Off we went. Car drove great, no complaints at all. Dropping the car off, parked up went to the desk. Again staff were smiley ( even early in the morning !) I was asked if I'd fuelled the car, which I had. Job done. I had an easy, no hassle experience. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Mar 06,2025Everything went quickly, without any problems from booking the car, through rental and return. The staff was very nice and helpful. The car was clean and in great condition - we had a Dacia Duster. When we return to Iceland, Blue Car rental will be our clear choice. I recommend it to everyone.

Feb 28,2025Rented a Kia Sorrento for 2 weeks in September and everything went smoothly. Pickup key from box and car left at airport very early in the morning. Had all insurance covered, so no questions asked on return. The car was almost empty of fuel when collected. Emailed to inform them and everything ok. Very happy with experience.

Feb 28,2025Compagnia Favolosa. Ho effettuato il noleggio per ben 2 volte e mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale disponibilissimo ed efficiente. Risposte tempestive via mail per qualsiasi dubbio. Ho avuto anche un Upgrade che ha reso il tutto ancora più meraviglioso.

Feb 28,2025Mi experiencia con Blue Car Rental fue muuuy sencilla. Tuve varias dudas y el servicio al cliente me apoyo en todo momento. Recoger el carro todo fue sin complicación, y de igual forma al momento de llevarlo, como había pagado todos los seguros, fue muy rápido y sin más temas. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a rentar con ellos.

Feb 27,2025Gyors és egyszerű ügyintézés, kedves és segítő kész kollégák valamint szépen karban tartott jó autók és nagyon jó árérték arányban lehet az autót igénybe venni. Ha legközelebb mennénk Izlandra biztosak vagyunk benne, hogy ismét innen fogunk autót kölcsönözni! Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!

Feb 26,2025Great Rental Car Company! Helpful and friendly staff. Little mistakes like missing WiFi were corrected instantly. The cars we booked so far were mostly in very good condition (and you can't blame them for reckless customers). We had a great trip through Iceland.

Feb 25,2025The staff were really helpful, from my first enquiry to dropping off the car at the end of holiday. We did end up with a different car than what I booked but it was perfect for our holiday and the app with driving tips was invaluable. The car was reliable, clean and comfortable; the whole experience was easy and I would recommend and use Blue Car Rental again.

En mode "vite fait, bien fait" : Service : au top Voiture : impeccable Galère : zéro Conclusion : foncez ! Conseils entre potes : Réserve tôt, l'Islande, ça se remplit vite ! Un 4x4, c'est mieux si tu veux explorer à fond. L'assurance, c'est pas pour rien, crois-moi !

Feb 23,2025Great car in excellent condition, check-in was very fast, and the price was good, too. The staff were helpful, and there was no pushy upsell attempt from them (like at Hertz...). This is probably my 5th rental from Blue, and all have been this good.

Mar 06,2025Truly a seamless experience, from online check in until collect car key, all completed within few minutes time, the staff also very friendly and helpful , also provide us free upgrade which is another surprise from blue car rental. Overall experience is great and definitely will use them back whenever I return to Iceland. Highly recommended
