Mar 06,2025Contactless key pickup was a breeze. Email reminders were helpful. Pickup point from KEF was a bit far but there’s a transfer service available every 20 minutes.

Mar 06,2025der Buchungsprozess war sehr einfach und intuitiv. Die Abholung durch meine Vorabzahlung an der Pick-up-Station schnell und unkompliziert. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Bei der Abgabe wurde man sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Highlight war allerdings, dass mir völlig unbürokratisch die Rate für einen Tag erstattet wurde, da mein Flug 1 Tag Verspätung hatte.

Would recommend picking up the zero excess package as it made the trip through Iceland a lot less stressful. Great experience and would book through Blue Car Rental again!

Mar 06,2025Easy pick up and drop off. Some issues with the car itself which I emailed about but no comment was made. Fast email response about other issues such as wanting to extend rental period so customer service was overall impressive! I would definitely rent again from them
