Feb 19,2025We rented from Blue Car in December. The car we had reserved was not available so the staff upgraded us for free. The customer service was really outstanding! We were visiting Iceland and celebrating our 10year anniversary and the whole experience from pick up to drop off was one of the best customer service experiences we had in Iceland. The vehicle we had was clean and we felt very safe when the snow and ice came with the studded tires and 4x4. I will be renting again from Blue car on our next trip! Highly recommend.

Feb 19,2025Very easy to use booking system. We didn’t have to talk to anyone at all. Both during pick up and drop off. It was a great! The car showed change oil sign a few days after we took the car, but they responded quickly - apparently there was no issue. Their website, information - one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car rental company. We arrived after 23:00 and there was no shuttle between the airport and their bureau, it was a short distance but with luggages and cold, it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, highly recommend it!

Feb 19,2025Easy car rental. Pickup of the car was 1 minute via de Dropbox. Handing in the car was 1 minute. Bear in mind that you pay parking fee at the tourist spots. We did not and had to pay later via the car rental including a fee

Great new hybrid car with plenty of space, just as we requested, 0 problems with it during our 5-day trip. This company contributed to successful friends road trip, and I appreciate it very much! Couldn't recommend more for future travellers to Iceland.

Feb 19,2025Last October, we were in Iceland and rented a car from Blue Car Rental. The process was incredibly easy—we simply picked up the keys from the box and drove off. Returning the car was just as simple; it took maybe two minutes to drop off the keys. The location was also very close to the airport, which was super convenient for us. All in all, it was a great experience with Blue Car Rental, and I would rent from them again anytime!

Feb 19,2025Easy to locate, process for checking in and getting the car was also a breeze, especially at 6am! The car was great, in great condition and kept us safe throughout the trip. Returning the car was also easy and the convenient location to the airport/hotel next to the airport really simplified the process. Prices were good and competitive, and having the insurance really brought piece of mind. I will definitely use Blue again on my next trip!
