Feb 19,2025Pick up and drop off were simple, quick transactions. The car was exactly what I had reserved and very clean. I also rented the WiFi hotspot, I definitely recommend adding this to your rental. If ever back in Iceland, I know who will supply my transport needs.

Feb 19,2025The first time we went to Iceland in the summer we waited for the rental shuttle and it drove us around and eventually dropped us at Blue Car Rental. We then realized it was close enough to just walk across the parking lots from the Terminal and grab the car. This time, in the middle of January, we did that. Easy easy. Great car (Toyota Landcruiser) and no issues. Get the wifi. It is awesome. It is a handheld hotspot that you can also use in the hotel or out and about. This will be our rental agency going forward.

Feb 19,2025This was my first trip to Iceland and I did a lot of research before booking. I can see now why Blue Car is so highly recommended. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. We had a rock kick up and crack the windsheild and I contacted the company immediately. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and assurance that I was covered fully with my insurance selection. I will definitely use Blue Car again if I make it back to Iceland!

Feb 19,2025The pick up was super easy, it was my first time by myself driving in another country other than the UK. Blue car rental was the easiest I encountered, when I did arrive, typical Icelandic weather, rain, snow, winds trying to carry a 22kg bag and a cabin bag in it all trying to find my car wasn’t the best, but I checked all over the car and it was all fine and good to go! The car got me from the airport,To Hofn and back to Reykjavik all in 7 days, had quite the journey and never failed me once. Tire pressure was abit low at first but managed to pull over and top it up. Fuel was super cheap and even better that blue car rental gave discounts on the fuels. I 100% recommend using blue care rental, it was the best, and I never encountered any issues with my little Kia. Thankyou very much.

Feb 19,2025Blue car from Reykjavik airport was the most economical, convenient and pleasant rental experience I have had. Service was excellent and I got everything promised when I booked on-line from the USA. Next trip to Iceland is Blue Car for sure.

Feb 19,2025We were in Iceland during a huge winter storm, but the car we rented from Blue Car was safe and we had the liability waiver so we didn’t worry too much! Pick up and drop off is also super convenient. We would highly recommend using Blue Car rental if you ever trouble in Iceland.

Right from the time we went to their office to collect the keys till the point we dropped it in an automated collection box, we knew we were in safe hands. They not only alarmed us about extreme weather situations and alert, but also reshared our instagram stories and posts, how cool!
