Apr 07,2025I'm very happy with the work the engineer did when servicing my boiler. He simply got on with the job without needing me to supervise in any way. I also appreciated the detailed invoice and paperwork e.mailed to me the day after and the fact that I could pay by card (the engineers carry a card machine) was very convenient. The engineer was running late according to the time expected, but I did receive a phone call from him a little after the given timeframe letting me know when he'd be arriving. I've chosen not to reduce my 5 star rating because of this due to the professionalism of the engineer's actual work. Thank you Boilers R Us.

Apr 04,2025Recently called Boilersrus out as my boiler stopped working, carried out a repair at a reasonable price. Very grateful for the quick service and friendly engineers. I also went into the Welling branch, it was so lovely to see all women working in the office, all so friendly. Excellent family run business. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge.

Mar 30,2025Boilers R Us provided decent service overall. The installer was professional, polite, and cleaned up afterward. Communication was clear during the installation, and the boiler works efficiently so far. However, the process felt slightly rushed at times, and the service could improve consistency in follow-ups or updates. An average experience, but not without positives.

Mar 22,2025Having decided to renew our old Potterton Boiler a date was set for an engineer to come round and quote us a price, unfortunately our boiler case had developed a leak and they had to disconnect it from the gas supply. They checked we had alternative heating and hot water and an appointment to fit the new boiler was set for fours days time. On the day of the boiler replacement Dean the engineer was on time and with no fuss replaced the boiler giving us clear instructions on using the boiler and hive thermostat, taking away all the waste and the old boiler when he left and leaving the area he was working in clean and tidy. From start to finish during the whole process we were dealt with professionally and was put at ease with questions answered. Big thanks to everyone at the Welling branch.

Mar 04,2025Had a very friendly gentleman/engineer install the water heater,explaining every detail I need to know about operating instructions and the efficiency of it. Plus the way if needed the condenser pipe was to be connected though it was explained it wasn't needed. The only draw back I found was I wasn't asked if I could have removed the lights around tge Square flue of the old water heater. Other than this I highly recommend thus company. The office staff very friendly and informative about the after care service.

Jan 28,2025Your engineers have visited my home several times over the last year for various reasons, including supplying and installing a new combi boiler, rearranging and resolving a leak in the old pipework installed many years ago, and boiler inspections. The work was completed skillfully, professionally, and on time on each occasion. Excellent service from 2024 to the present day, 2025.

Jan 16,2025Such a professional company every one I had contact with was so friendly from Duane who did my quote, the ladies on the telephone booking in appointment to payment, and of course Louai who installed a completely different boiler as I went for a Combi boiler this time he was so polite, tidy and he new exactly what he was doing such a hard worker he didn’t even stop for a break worked right the way through the day a five star review, there isn’t one thing that I could moan about excellent in my view. I would highly recommend this company and believe me I certainly will. Well done Boilers R Us you are all brilliant - thank you

The service was completed in a very professional and in a timely manner. I was left feeling happy and confident of a job well done, plus outstanding value for money. Would highly recommend.

Nov 05,2024Had a radiator replaced in our bedroom and we experienced an unfortunate leak which caused water damage in the ceiling. I'm leaving a positive review as this was an honest mistake and Boilers R Us under took to pay for the repairs and repainting of the ceiling. I organised the painter (after providing a written receipt) and payment was reimbursed by Boilers R Us immediately. There was no discussion over the matter they accepted the oversight and agreed to make good. In my mind this tells you how good a company is and I would use Boilers R US again.

Oct 28,2024I recently had my 21 year old boiler replaced with a new one by Boilers R Us, after lots of research into who to go with for my upper level flat with internal flue boxing. Other boiler companies had advised on all sorts of added costs and complications but Loui worked so hard to keep all of the existing boxing and cupboards in tact. I came across the company by chance when they were holding a charity event and am so glad that I did. They did an excellent job (powered by coffee) for a reasonable price and respected my home. Thanks so much.

Apr 09,2025Great experience from beginning to end. My old boiler needed replacing and after phoning the Welling Branch I was visited and quoted the same day. The ladies in the office were really helpful and gave me a very fair deal. Two days later the boiler was fitted by Dave who did an excellent job with minimum disruption and was very professional. I’d previously used Boilers R Us for my father in law and would definitely use them again.
