Efficient and very pleasant engineer. Have been extremely pleased with the service I have received every time. This was my yearly service. Boilers R Us originally supplied my boiler and was extremely pleased then. Would definitely recommend.

We had 4 quotes for replacing our really old floor standing boiler with a wall-hung combi boiler and replacing 9 thermostatic valves. Boilers R Us had the lowest estimate and offered fitting within a week. Duane, who estimated, and Dean and Dave, who fitted, couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable or more professional. The job was done in under 2 days and everything left neat and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a boiler fitted previously not that long ago and it was no good and kept going wrong and I called out boilers r us to survey it and they came round looked at it for free and then we came to the conclusion it's gonna cost more to keep repairing it in the long run over just replacing it for a better combi boiler they then found the best suited place for the boiler to be installed they then come round the next working to fit it it took three days for dean to fit a whole new boiler system he was very good and got the job done quickly efficiently and he also repaired my bath panel while he was there I'm very happy with my new boiler it's nice to have hot water and heating again, I highly recommend Boilers r us. Had our yearly boiler service booked and an issue with our pressure not holding so no heating or hot water. The office were more than happy to bring our service forward to the following day to sort out the problem. Our engineer fixed in a few minutes and was very informative of the job he was carrying out. We have always had a great experience when booking services the office are always very helpful. Thank you so much !!

Have used this company for ten years from initial installation and annual service ever since. They have always been prompt and thorough in all aspects of their operations. The engineer who visited yesterday was polite, friendly and explained to me what he was doing throughout the service. To date I would have no reservations about recommending this company, thank you.

David fitted a new digistat thermostat and receiver to my boiler done with the minimum of fuss and set up a weekly programme with on and off times and explained everything that I needed to know. Great service from Boilers R Us as always

Engineer came on time in fact he phoned from outside my house. He was very thorough and advised me on a radiator which I thought only needed bleeding. Unfortunately the radiator which is only 4 years old is broken. I had turned it off but he told me it needed to be turned off at both sides. I was grateful for the info otherwise my carpet would have been ruined even though I had towels to soak the leakage.
