I purchased my boiler from Boilers R Us and have it serviced every year. Boilers R Us are reliable, punctual and engineers are friendly and helpful. Contacting them is quick and easy and office staff are really helpful.

They installed a Vaillant ecoFIT825/35 last October with a 10y Vaillant guarantee and a 1yr g, on their work. it has 2 new Honeywell Thermostats.They left the 2 old control boxes from my old Worcester in place. One box failed in Nov. and they replaced it free after attempting to charge me. The second box failed last week leaving the upstairs rads permanently hot. This time they insisted on me paying. I thought I was getting not just a boiler but a boiler system that would be trouble free for at least 1 year - my old Worcester lasted 10 years with no problems. I have checked with other suppliers and they think that the boxes should have been replaced at installation as part of a full new boiler install and the failure should be BrU's responsibilty. I have told them to get stuffed and they are the last installers I would use henceforth. This is likely to cost me nearly £200. Other minor niggles with them - 1. they marked the thermostats with black marker ar'Up' and 'Down' and failed to clean them when told. They were finally cleaned by me with meths with difficulty 2.their fitters twice turn the thermostats down to 5% and failed to put them back to room temperature when they left. This left me wondering in the evening why everywhere was cold.

We had our boiler installed by Boilers R us some years ago and servicing since. They arrive on time give 20 mins notice and do an efficient and clean job. We also used them for our tenanted property we were letting a year ago and they were able to relay the pipe work to comply with regulations for letting (gas safe). This was done quickly and they also connected the cooker. The engineers were friendly and helpful.

This company was very efficient and very professional From going to see the staff in the shop. To the engineer who gave us a very good price over a £1000 cheaper than the previous quote. The engineer who fitted the boiler was clean and extremely efficient even down to putting down dust sheets from my front door to where the boiler was situated. He also was quick and very helpful when I asked questions. Well done to all really good company very happy from the experience would say to any other person who wants a boiler fitted use this company highly recommended

We had a really good experience with the team at Boilers R Us. Very responsive on WhatsApp and someone came to see us the next day early morning on Monday, considering our boiler broke on a Sunday. We were given honest feedback of the situation and felt reassured. At the end we needed to replace the broken boiler with a new and better boiler. The new boiler was fitted the following day, early morning and completed early in the afternoon. He was very efficient and asked us many questions to make sure we were happy with everything. He also demonstrated how to use the new boiler and he kindly checked all our radiators. Overall, communication between the team were good and service was great. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Boilers R Us since the day they started. I have had nothing but good service from both shop and engineers. I finally needed a new boiler and the engineer explained about all the boilers and what one would be good for me. The price and the instalment were both very good and can't praise them enough

Good to get our boiler serviced again by a local company. There was an appointment available on the day I phoned and engineer arrived promptly. I was very satisfied with his approach and thoroughness. This was about three weeks ago and we have had the boiler running smoothly ever since. Will be contacting them again next year.

Stephen the gas boiler fitter engineers was very prompt and helpful and informative. He left flat very clean and tidy. The boiler was installed yesterday so all being well all good. From start to finish very professional company.

I have used Boilers r us for 7 years since they fitted my boiler. Today they serviced my boiler. The engineer arrived in the allocated time frame after calling to advise he was on his way. He wore protective shoe covers and was very courteous.

I booked my usual service with Boilers R Us as I've always found them reliable and courteous. On this occasion after booking a date the customer service team phone to offer me an earlier date which I accepted. The engineer that attended was prompt, polite and professional. I continue to be very pleased with Boilers R Us and would certainly recommend them as well as use them myself again.

This company was very responsive to our call, timely in their arrival & extremely clear in their quote. The employee who attended was very courteous & professional and extremely accurate in his timekeeping on the day. I could not fault them in any way for that part of the service. We were charged for 1 hour of time (just under £200) for the diagnosis of the issue with our bolier and a quote for c. £1500 to fix the issue which we were told could be fixed within 48 hours. We then contacted British Gas, they came round within the same 48 hour period and fixed the problem within 15 minutes and charged us £75 for doing so.

Another great experience with Boilers R Us. Dave fitted a new shower for us, he was very polite and friendly and also left the bathroom tidy after and took all the rubbish away. will most certainly use Boilers R Us for any work required. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

We can certainly recommend and will not hesitate to use Boilers R Us again. They attended promptly, were very informative and resolved the issue in a couple of days. There is also to add that the final bill was very reasonable considering the work involved. A 5 star experience!

I only required an estimate for a new water heater as my old combi boiler was completely unserviceable and broken. Having quoted for the work, which included building works which I deemed unnecessary, I decided to seek other quotes, as the price was far over my budget. After the representative had been gone for a while, he called back asking to see my gas fire. He claimed(from a visual inspection ONLY) that he could not in good conscience, leave it in operation. I offered to cease using the appliance and was told that if it were not disconnected that the Gas Board would be contacted as a matter of protocol and my gas would be cut off. Although "alternative" heating was offered, I saw this as a way of running up even further costs. I therefore cancelled all work and further advice from Boilers R Us. I am a 65 year old man on a budget of £509/month whose home now has neither hot water nor heating. I would certainly NEVER recommend the company to anyone else nor employ them again. Following a reply from the company, I am updating this review. 1) The representative was there to provide an estimate for the works which I wanted undertaken. At NO point did I request or require a safety check and even if I had, the representative had no right to interfere with my property. 2) No smoke/flow test was carried out and therefore any danger was merely an OPINION. 3) NO paperwork was provided to allow me to seek advice or provide help in the resolution of this matter. 4) In disconnecting the appliance, part of the assembly was removed from my household without my consent which would make it very difficult to have the appliance tested by any third party. In conclusion, I will be seeking legal advice about this matter. Update 27/2/2023 Unsurprisingly, no correspondence has been received by this date, which calls into doubt whether any were in fact, ever sent. I suspect this will be blamed on industrial action by post office workers. Nevertheless, please forward a further copy of this mysterious document from my records. The gas fire which was unnecessarily disconnected has now been certified as safe, and my chimney swept. But since it is 40 years old, I have arranged a replacement which will probably be installed by the firm who replaced my water heater without recourse to unnecessary additional works nor complications.

Boilers R Us in Welling was recommended to me by a work colleague. A very friendly engineer came the day following my call and explained the options of repair or replacement. As my boiler was old I opted for a replacement which was installed the next day by another pleasant engineer. This was a very neat installation. I was pleased with the price and a couple of builders who were working on my house were surprised.
