Used boilers r us for a new boiler. It was all arranged by a lady called Danielle through their office. She was very helpful and organised everything perfectly to make it as stress free as possible. The engineer that did the install was very professional and tidy and got the job done quicker than we thought with no fuss. Also boilers r us offer great warranties on their boilers so gives you great piece of mind. I would definitely recommend boilers r us to anyone looking for a boiler install or service.

If I could give no stars I would. When I paid the deposit for the boiler, radiators and associated pipe work installation, BoilersrUs said they would take the balance directly from my account on completion. I specifically said that the balance should not be taken without reference to me and I was assured that that was ok. On the second day of the actual installation I was called by BoilersrUs to collect payment. When I advised that the installation was still not complete I was advised by Louise that no payment would be taken until they had been advised by the engineers that everything was up and running. At the end of the day the boiler did not work and I heard the engineer call the office to advise that the boiler did not work, and request that contact was made with Ariston the next day to effect a repair. No one contacted me for a couple of days so I called the office to find out what was happening but nobody had any idea what was going on, or that my boiler had in fact never worked. Louise said that messages were not passed by whomever received a call from the engineer, and despite their assurances they took £1230 directly from my account without my permission, even though the boiler was not working and hadn’t even been commissioned. BoilersrUs agreed to contact Ariston, and apologised that the monies had been taken although no notification from the engineer had been received, but refused to refund the money that they assured me would not be taken. She added that they had done nothing wrong so we’re entitled to payment. Instead, Louise offered to refund just £250 for me to hold until it was all resolved. However, although I provided my bank details as requested they later refused to make the transfer. I had to wait a further 5 days for the boiler to be repaired by the manufacturer, who despite Louise’ assertions, advised that the electrical part of the installation had been done incorrectly.

Very unprofessional. Would not touch with a stick. High price with no delivery. Deliver a system not fit for purpose. Provide appointments and don't keep. Lie to their teeth. I can't believe I am the only one having these problems!

I have recently had my whole heating system replaced throughout my house. I went with boilers r us based on reviews and so glad I did!!! I’ve had superb customer service from start to finish. The ladies in the office have answered any queries I have had no matter how silly they seem. The engineers have also been extremely professional and friendly whilst doing the installation! No Complaints from me :)

Louai and Peter fitted a new combi boiler for us at the beginning of October. They were very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. We are delighted with their service and Boilers R Us were the best priced company offering a professional, well organised service.

Very impressed . Quote on Monday and fitted Tuesday . Very reasonable and very happy with boiler and service .Fitted by David Trevillion who was excellent . Did a good and tidy job and explained everything clearly . No fuss and minimal upheaval . Would recommend the company and all the staff at Footscray road for their support and helpfulness .

Our two engineers, Richard and Rod, did such a great job fitting our new central heating boiler. They came up with excellent suggestions for improving our layout. They were a very hard working team and I would certainly recommend them to others.

Our boiler was working well before Boilers R Us serviced it, but afterwards the heating would only come on very low despite the fact that the engineer set the thermostat to 23 degrees. We got the engineer to come back again but he made no improvement. When I rang Boilers R Us again to complain and request another visit, the operator in the service department informed me that "they couldn't keep sending an engineer out to us, and that a further visit would incur an additional cost of £95", despite the fact that it appears to be their actions which have caused this failure. Despite being with this company since they installed the boiler in 2008, we shall not be using them again. Response to Boilers R Us Is it possible that your company has have confused us with another customer? As stated to the lady in the Service Department on 10.10.19, the engineer attended our property on 30.9.19 and 4.10.19 AND NOT 1.10.19 and 7.10.19. We also refuted her statement that the engineer had, in fact, CHANGED THE BATTERIES in the thermostat. This topic never arose: had he mentioned that the batteries required changing we would have asked him to do this immediately, as we had replacements to hand. Furthermore, the engineer's invoice makes no reference to batteries either being changed or requiring changing. If the batteries had required changing, the thermostat would have displayed the appropriate flashing symbol. Engineer from another CH company viewed the boiler today and discovered that the problem was due to a ruptured expansion vessel. He was very surprised that this had not been picked up by the engineer from Boilers R Us during the routine service as it was evident the rupture had been present for some time.

Excellent service. We were able to have a new boiler fitted within 2 days of phoning. David was very helpful and efficient. New boiler installed and working within a few hours. The old boiler and all rubbish were removed, leaving no mess. So refreshing to have a boiler engineer arrive when they say they are going to and complete the work to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very professional! Having been left without heating or water by incompetent engineers from Eon, these guys swept in at the last minute and saved the day. Were at my house 3 hours after I rang them, and our engineer Steven was highly professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Boilers R Us diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and were very easy to deal with. I used their online booking which was so easy I wondered if they were going to turn up as it was a Sunday, but they did and our engineer Steven was very thorough. He explained everything to put my mind at ease while diagnosing and then returning to fix the boiler 2 days later. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

My old boiler stopped working in the evening. Boilers R Us engineer came to fix it next morning but at the end we decided to replace it. The team booked a new slot within two days and Louai fitted the new boiler. Professional and quick service. I highly recommend Boilers R Us.

Chris attended today, representing Boilersrus, and was an excellent ambassador for the company. We only ordered the new system 24 hrs earlier, as we were seriously let down by another British nationwide gas company. The installation was very neat and professional and we will be using the services of Boilersrus many more times. Thank you for your speedy service and excellent customer care. Peter

Excellent work done. I have just changed new boiler and the process was very easy and quick. How ever I have small concern , I work in the army and I did get to know Boiler R us company through my defence discount account but I am little bit disappointed that I didn’t get any discount. Any way great job and the engineer who came to install the boiler is really professional I guess his name is Chris. Thank you Chris and Chelsey Bowden for making it easier way.

Had to have a new boiler fitted, Loui and Dave, very friendly engineers, answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves (bonus points for that)
