Nov 04,2023A very professional company. We were so anxious about a previous scammer who had charged us an extortionate rate. From the start the lady on the phone was clear about pricing and availability. She was friendly and organised a very efficient guy to visit and carry out a boiler repair. We already knew roughly how much thet were charging so no unpleasant surprise. This is now our go-to plumbing company! They have identified a need for reliable and HONEST workers in this industry and are true to their claim.

Oct 27,2023Had a problem with my boiler. Hence no heating. Response was very quick and efficient. Had to call the engineer back and the problem was my thermostat. This was soon remedied after he installed a new thermostat. Heating now working great. Engineer was most helpful. I would recommend this company.

Oct 26,2023Had a new Vaillant boiler installed last month. Sadly I couldn’t get on with the thermostat so I had another engineer arrive with one that suits me better! Great service and engineers are polite, efficient, knowledgeable and turn up on time. Would highly recommend Boilers R Us.

Oct 18,2023A brilliant company, Peter their engineer came and serviced my boiler, very pleasant and efficient young man. As I have little knowledge of workings of boilers he was extremely helpful in explaining it all to me. My husband sadly passed away last year and he always dealt with boiler. However I would recommend this company and will continue to use them for servicing etc.

Oct 11,2023Highly recommended. Needed boiler service and new timer. Popped into Sidcup branch and the lady was more than helpful. The Manager phoned and was so helpful and was able to source the timer for us. The booking was no trouble to a date which was suitable for us. The engineer called in advance to let us know he was on his way and was professional and polite. He could not do enough for us and went out of his way to ensure that the job was completed properly and professionally. Really can not recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them again! Alot of companies could learn from Boilers R Us. Don't be in any doubt use them!

Sep 18,2023Decided to try Boilers R Us (BRU) for a second opinion & quote after another plumbing company had quoted. I dealt with Jo who was professional and clear in what it entailed. We booked an appointment for the following Monday after only calling on the Friday before. I had not been happy with the first company who said they could repair the boiler but once they started to take it apart to fit the part they deemed it unrepairable. Their quote for a new boiler was very pricey and the BRU quote I thought was fair and affordable. Jo was clear in what they charged, how they invoiced you and there were no hidden extras/costs. With the cost of living as it is having to replace a new boiler was a shock to the pocket but when dealing with a company that offered a fair price I couldn’t not proceed with them. I have already recommended Boilers R Us to family and friends. Thanks to Jo and Danielle for their help.

He even showed me how to use the iT500 Plus app for the thermostat. Excellent local company, highly recommended.

Nov 14,2023Boilers R Us were recommended by a neighbour who had just had a new boiler installed. We were not disappointed from start to finish. Duane, their engineer, came the next day after we contacted them and gave us a quote straightaway, along with helpful advice and the date for installation of our new boiler. Our new boiler was fitted by Louai, who was professional and friendly; he has made a neat and tidy job. All of the office staff who we have phoned or e-mailed have also been helpful. We are very pleased with our new boiler - it's made our home much warmer - and would highly recommend Boilers R Us.
