I had my heating system plus new radiators replaced. Everyone involved from quote to finishing the job made this such an easy process. They identified a problem with my existing boiler and made it safe and scheduled the work around when I could be home for it. The worm could have been really disruptive but the installers were clean and efficient in taking out the old system and leaving us with working hot water from the first day. They updated with how they were progressing, discussed some work around for my existing pipework and actually completed the work a day earlier than expected, even taking the time to walk through and ensure I had all my questions answered. I’d be happy to use them again and to recommend.

Just had some new rads fitted as old ones were a bit old and leaky. Use these guys before to fit boiler and have always been happy so got them to sort rads out. Nice price too they knew I was previous customer. Always been happy here cheers guys.
Had my boiler serviced today by Peter. What a lovely guy he was, put his shoe covers on before coming in, was friendly. He had to get in the smallest area to do the service inside the eaves, but he didn’t moan and he moved the furniture for me and put it back after. Highly recommend will be having it serviced again next year by Boilers R Us

Used this company for my mums boiler service a few months ago. Since using Boilers R Us they have offered incentives for good reviews such as prize draws and love to shop vouchers. I was not overly keen on the service they gave. An engineer Dean came to the house he serviced the boiler he was in and out within 10 minutes. He refused to take his shoes off despite being asked due to new carpets. Dean did not have his gas safe ID on him which caused my elderly mother to question if he was from the right company. Since then I have attempted to raise my concerns to the office girls which went unheard. They then sent incentives for good reviews. I feel this is bad practice and their 5 star reviews are not a true representation of the company Unsure where to leave a reply but have emailed yourself and trustpilot My 1st reply is We had to check your gas safe register when your engineer arrived due to no ID and Dean was on the register so is this not your engineer? Secondly Trustpilot policy states: You were offered an incentive You can't write a review if you've been offered an incentive — businesses aren't allowed to provide incentives of any kind for reviews. Incentives include, but aren't limited to, discounts, monetary rewards, loyalty points, gifts, coupons, referral bonuses, etc. Been offered an incentive? You have pubically admitted to offering incentives and breaching trupilots policies and this will be sent to trustpilot so thank you for clarification it was not just us you offered this too. Thirdly you question my review level most of your reviews from people have only left a review for your company and no others does this mean these are fake reviews? Or is this due to your illegal incentives? I am happy to have a discussion with the case manager, Joby Babu, from Trustpilot. I have raised these concerns with and yourself if you can provide the managers details

Office staff are friendly and helpful making sure you get a time slot that suits. Engineers are always friendly and polite, using shoe covers etc. They offer helpful advice to get to the best solution if any additional work needs to be done.
Just had a new combi boiler fitted into our loft by boilers r us both Dean and Dave were very professional and tidy, the work was completed in the allotted time that they said and left our house in a tidy state. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing there boiler repaired or a new one fitted, thank you to the whole team .Barry

The experience from the initial assesment of what was needed through to booking an engineer and completing the works was a very pleasurable experience. It is nice now having good hot water pressure as the old system was not really able to cope after having mixer taps installed. The engineer arrived on time and quietly got on with the work with no fuss and minimal disruption and explained everything that was happening. I would highly recommend Boilers R Us to anyone
