They sorted us out a new boiler last year when they came up with more simpler and cheaper option than another company had quoted us. Just had it serviced by Wayne, efficiently courteously and he turned up on time . Would have no doubt in recommending them . Peter

This is the reply from boilers R us from 25th January 2023 regarding my difficulties with them. We understand you did not request a safety check, however if the appliance is at risk then we have to follow safety protocol, as the engineer would be the last engineer in the property so a safety warranty certificate was raised and sent to you on 25/01/2023. The certificate was hand delivered to me by one of your employees/contractors I believe in August, but I did not note the date. Despite your protestations of "safety" and "protocol" the engineer disconnected my gas fire as dangerous, but sauntered past my gas oven on 3 occasions without a second glance as to whether it was safe or even connected. This kind of "selective" safety is why I remain so angry at the circumstances of the visit and the very strange coincidence of revisiting my home after a lengthy phone call in his van and disconnecting my only source of heat, this, immediately after I had turned down the quotes that were given for the ACTUAL job, which was replacing my combi boiler with a simple water heater. I stand by my review as I remain unconvinced that I was treated fairly.

Boilers 4 us are a really good local firm & they fitted a new boiler last year with HIVE. Had yearly service today with Peter & as always professional, timely & excellent service.

Engineer called 15 mins ahead, arrived as planned. Service completed in good time. Always had good service (new boiler fitted by them in 2016) each year under their service plan. Engineer always polite.

We needed to replace our old back boiler and enquired if the new boiler could go in the loft. Boilers R Us were really helpful and Duane came to give us a quote. They were able to do it really quickly. We really cannot fault the service we received from the staff at the shop and all the engineers who carried out the work - fuss and mess free. There was a problem in that the roofers they used (not from Boilers R Us) did a really awful job when it came to the outlet pipe. One of Boilers R Us engineers agreed with us and took photos of the roof, sent to the office and said we were unhappy. Danielle phoned us straight away to apologise and explained they were not the roofers they normally used, due to holiday. She assured us the usual roofers would come and put it right and had already contacted them. She gave a time and day when this would be and said an engineer would come also to make sure everything was okay. The roofers subsequently came to rectify and we are very happy with all the work carried out. Thank you to Danielle and the engineers who came; Matt, Mark, Dave and Peter who were very polite and professional.

Had a small leak on rad valve, one quick call and an Engineer was round the same day to fix. Excellent and friendly service as always!

I had an issue with my central heating thermostat that I was going to try and solve myself but I was concerned that if I couldn't, would BoilersRUs be able to help me rather urgently. Sure enough, I needed help. BoilersRUs came to my rescue. Their engineer Dave arrived within 1 hour and got things sorted. He was very understanding and answered all my questions. I must also praise the very helpful admin staff, Danielle and Jo. They were both very understanding to my situation for which I thank them very much

Very good I booked the day and roughly the time I wanted The ladies in the office were very friendly and professional The gentleman who did the service is excellent and very friendly And the very good thing is that the company has a good record of looking after their staffs It’s nice to have the same people

When you get what you ask for, minus the frills and spills of your jigsaw mind. It makes me very happy to recommend this company employee (Chelsey)Thanking her for all her clinically, easy to understand advise on an array of market problems, and solutions. All this set out in an Email in the time it takes your kettle to boil. Totally stunning service.

Very friendly helpful staff both office staff and Engineers. There was a small issue of a air lock that was resolved quickly and the staff accommodated an very early vist to ensure I could get to work on time. Excellent service and value for money

I recently bought my home and wanted to put in a new heating system and also shower head, shower screen, toilet seat. Boilers r us (Welling) sent me a plumber called Jake. Jake took longer than the scheduled time and was very difficult to get hold of. After the boiler was installed, there were issues and they kept having to come back for one thing or another. As of today, the radiator in my bedroom doesn't work. Jake agreed to change the shower head for like for like but he ended up getting the wrong size for the shower head and the shower screen. He was meant to change the toilet seats, he lost the fittings for this and couldn't change it, he did such a bad job that I ended up having a constant drip from the shower head and the screen was too small. Jake left my bathroom unfit for purpose and it led to the ceiling underneath being destroyed by a leak caused by his poor workmanship. I have never left a review before but I believe that this plumber and the company that hired him needed to be called out so that other people don't go through the same experience. Katherine

First class service. Just used Boilers R Us for a new boiler install. Beat British Gas on price by miles. Engineer was excellent and job was completed in a day including power flush and hive installation. Highly recommended.
