Feb 22,2024My Dad recently had a new boiler installed. His on the other side of 80 and his hearing is not the best. They treated him so lovely and like nothing was too much trouble. They are still helping him now, not because there is anything wrong, but he keeps forgetting what they have told him. From the ladies in the office to the guys that fitted the builder, all have be kind and nice. Thank you. Thats what you call customer service, others could earn a thing from you guys.

Feb 13,2024We had recent issues with our Boiler and Boilers R Us been so helpful as trying to fix, engineers have been great. Peter tried to fix, then we had water flooding from it, and on a phone call Dwayne came the same day to give advice and support. And as the boiler now old he advised about best options and checked to see availability of a new boiler and engineer who was available next day. This was Ollie who was happy to come out on a Saturday. Ollie was an absolute pleasure to have in our home, contacted the day before to check time of arrival was ok, and from arrival, carried out work, updating us on everything, very professional, clean and tidy and doing everything to reassure us about the new boiler and function. Can’t praise Ollie enough. And the attention Boilers R Us team gave to our emergency.

Jan 27,2024We called Boilers R Us for a quote for a repair on the Monday, to say our boiler was old would be an understatement. Duane came out to offer a quote on the Friday as arranged and was very honest about the costs involved in repairing said boiler. We decided to go with a replacement as it would be more cost effective and efficient for us. As the weather was due to drop, it was paramount the works were done as soon as possible and the girls in the office couldn’t have been more helpful about arranging an appointment for two days later, on the Sunday. Our engineer, Ollie contacted the day before to confirm he would be with us at 8:30am and arrived on the dot! He was friendly and reassured us that everything would be finished within the day. Throughout the installation our engineer was polite, tidy and cleared up as he worked, he didn’t stop! By 3pm, we had a new boiler, hot water and warm radiators!! I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with and I am confident that should we need them again, our experience will be just the same (hopefully only for a yearly service!)

Jan 12,2024One of the best things is that it was so easy to get in touch with Boilers R Us to sort out any minor issues as they are just down the road and I could call in - no hanging around waiting for a human to come onto the phone. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, efficient and polite.

Jan 09,2024Our old boiler was 22 years old, so had done good service. However it stopped providing any heating, although the hot water was fine. They visited us within a couple of days, analysed the problem, but in view of the boilers age it wasn’t economical to repair it, so we opted for a new Valliant boiler. It was fitted by Dean a few days later. We were impressed with his polite and professional behaviour, everything was tidied up by him and he guided us on how to use the Hive that was fitted as part of the package. Would recommend them for boiler replacement.

Jan 06,2024I called boilers r us after I tried to get in contact with my usual boiler specialist but he was unresponsive. They managed to fit a new 3 port valve next day and was super impressed with the punctuality and efficiency of the specialist. Would use again in the future.
