Sep 01,2022We had our first service today as a year old the gentleman was very nice and knew what he was doing even changed the batteries and reset on our thermostat He checked everything didn’t make it mess this was a floor standing boiler which was put in by Boilers R us and the 2 guys then were 1st class

Jul 19,2022The engineer arrived on site to service a boiler and change a 22mm two port valve which was in a tight space, He went about his business in a very professional way and was communicating what he needed to do due to the tight space the valve was in, he took longer than expected however he persevered and eventually did it. I cannot praise him enough for his politeness and attitude to his work, I will definitely request him again next time I have an issue. PS. I am an engineer myself, and it is the hottest day of the year.

Jul 18,2022I have used Boilers R Us for some years now. Excellent service always. Easy to speak to someone when you need to. Give plenty of notice when visits need to be booked. They will deal directly with tenants. Engineers will call in advance if required and always on time. Quality of work is excellent and at realistic prices. I use them for my own home as well as rented properties.

They called beforehand and were understanding when I had to cancel last minute, and even followed up to book me in a month later. We have always used them for our boiler service.

Jun 29,2022Our boiler was condemned leaving us with no choice but to arrange the fitting of a new one. So we got various quotes and recommendations from people we know. One of the recommendations stood out from the rest and that was from Boilers R us in Welling, when we phoned they were extremely easy to deal with and very competitive with the price so we decided to go with them. The boiler was fitted in a day by an extremely competent fitter called Steve and the communication from the company has been excellent. Would definitely recommend!
