Oct 28,2022Had a landlord Gas safe and service done today. I have been using this company for 8 years or more, they even installed the boiler. This company is Highly Recomended and I will be using Boilers R us In the future.

Oct 26,2022We booked in an engineer for our boiler service (Pete). The engineer called 10 minutes before arriving to check we were in and that it was still convenient for him to arrive. The engineer was very friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding adjusting the pressure and showed me how to check this. I would totally recommend this company to anyone wanting a quick, efficient and friendly service.

Oct 19,2022This is the second time I have used Boliler R Us this year. in the summer they fitted a new combi boiler, and this week they re-piped most of my central heating system. Over the last few years, I have had several plumbers in to try and fix problems with cold radiators, with limited success. Very pleased to say that Boilers R Us have sorted the problem. Very professional company, quick to respond to my call. Gave lots of advice. And the fitter was excellent, very courteous and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Oct 17,2022First time to rate the company after 7/8 years. Only doing this because of the engineer who came the man is a star. I wish all that have come to my home over the years could be like him. For the first time I also feel that my boiler has indeed been serviced. Pass my gratitude to this gentleman!

Oct 14,2022Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed. The engineer who installed our boiler was fabulous. Super efficient, very professional, cleaned up after himself, explained through the process how everything would work. There was a slight hitch that evening after the boiler had been installed, but he called me late that night to say he would be back first thing in the morning to fix the issue, which he did. Would highly recommend!

Sep 20,2022I was quoted a good price for a decent boiler I was happy to wait 2 days for the fitting but that turned into 5 days the lovely man Jake was very friendly polite and professional but the flue he was given was wrong and he was going to come back on Monday which turned into Tuesday but it's all sorted now and they have done a very good job cleared up there mess and talked me through the instructions Thank you
