Jun 10,2022Excellent local company. One engineer fitted my new boiler in less than two days - wonderful job. We had to phone up later that afternoon because the cistern in the downstairs toilet was overflowing. They sent an engineer to replace it immediately. Great service (and a £1,000 less expensive than British Gas). Would highly recommend.

Jun 10,2022From the initial call to their office to completion of the job, all staff were friendly and helpful. Dwaine did an accurate assessment of what was needed and Stephen installed the new bolier, removed all tanks and unnecessary pipework and left the site clean and tidy. We were very impressed from beginning to end.

Jun 07,2022The gas fitter turned up on time,he was polite and knowledgeable, spent a lot of time checking the boiler and making adjustments, he even emptied out and cleaned the small container that catches the condensed water,I don't think that has been done before, but probably been checked. Good job.

May 27,2022Had to call out Boilers R Us for a pressure problem. Unfortunately, had to reschedule due to surprise covid attack. Visit finally made today, v. professional, informative & helpful engineer. All in all, from boiler being fitted 4 years ago and subsequent service, cannot fault them. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

May 27,2022Super installation of a new boiler, price was very competitive, installed on the day I was told and at the time I was told which in my book is a major plus, had a follow up call to make sure we where happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Boilers R Us to anyone, from the friendly and helpful office staff to the reliable and very clean working engineers. 5 stars all round

May 10,2022Was disappointed at the rusting evident due to a leak inside the boiler given it is only 7 years old and serviced annually by the company. However was given sound advice by the engineer Dwayne, and problem rectified so I can continue to benefit from their unique 15 year guarantee.

The engineer doing the installation was brilliant, he explained what he was doing and how to use the new system for best performance. Would definitely recommend.
