Apr 27,2022My boiler has broken twice over the last 8 months. The company that made the initial repair turned out to be fantastically unreliable, to put it mildly, and I had to look for help elsewhere. This is where Boiler R Us came to rescue. Rather than having a broken boiler part replaced again this time I received comprehensive advice which included extra work to prevent the problem returning in the future. Their engineer carried out the work a few days later and so far all is good. Everyone I dealt with (2 of their engineers and 2 people in the office) was super kind, polite and professional. When a few days after the repair I noticed my boiler making strange sounds, they sent an engineer to take a look without a charge and without making any problems. I'm happy with the job they did and I will be using their service again when it's time for annual boiler servicing.

Apr 13,2022Efficient reliable and great customer care I had no hot water or central heating and my insurance was not able to get a company out on the same day, I called boilers are us and I had a plumber round within 2 hours. He was thorough explained to me the problem and fixed my boiler temporarily and returned back to fix the faulty part Great customer services Thank you

Apr 08,2022Excellent service, would definitely recommend Replaced my electric boiler last year, although proved more complicated than initially thought due to my old boiler’s set up they handled it without fuss. Recently had further issues with boiler and thermostat and engineer came same day to resolve the issue. Always helpful and friendly.

Feb 25,2022Engineer callout for a honeywell flow valve that stopped working, took less than an hour and only the head unit was changed with no need for pipe work. The callout rate was acceptable, however the part price was charged way higher than it should cost. Got charged £300 for a £50 part which is not acceptable at all. Edit regarding your response: I mentioned to your engineer that I had no issues with his service but i found the price extortionate. Declaring this on my review wouldn't change the 1 star that I believe you deserve with the overall satisfaction level. At the end of the day, the fact that the engineer has done his job has no bearing on the bad experience that I've had with your company. The part that is in question is still around £50 everywhere if you search online, so your explanation that in 5 years it would have gone 5 times the price is hard to believe. Essentially, the part that was changed today was just the head unit and not the whole unit, and the head unit is currently on amazon for £30.
