Feb 16,2022I can't recommend this company enough. they installed a new boiler at my mother's house. It was a big job and they carried it out with no problems. They emptied cupboards and cleaned up well. Plus I can't thank them enough for working around my mother's issues without batting a eyelid.

Feb 15,2022We reported a boiler fault and the engineer was with us within the hour. Discovered and resolved the issue speedily and effectively. He was pleasant and explained what he was doing. We were very happy with the service.

Feb 14,2022Our boiler broke down so we rang our usual large company servicer and we’re told a 6 day wait for a call-out. We rang Boilers R Us that evening and Richard called us back that evening to try and talk us through a reset. We couldn’t get it working so Richard arranged a call-out the following day, we knew our boiler was old (20 +yrs), parts now obsolete, so decided on a new boiler. 2 days later we had a new boiler fitted by Steve, fab service. We’ve now also taken out a cover plan with them. Thank you, a good local business.

Feb 02,2022I rang to arrange a boiler service for an elderly bedbound friend, and there appeared to be some ongoing intermittent fault that was leaving her occasionally without heat. Kerry took the call and was very helpful, arranged a date and noted that I would need a call to get there to let the engineer in. He phoned an hour before arrival, giving me time to get there and let him in. Service and fault all done efficiently. Kerry dealt with invoice and payment method appropriately for the circumstances. Very good customer service

Jan 16,2022Excellent service!! Richard from this company saved me money and stress. I had turned my heating on as I got into the house as it was a cold day I decided to keep my coat on until my house warms up. An hour had passed and I still did not feel the need to remove my coat so I went to touch the radiator only to feel it cold. The usual local company I call was already closed lucky for me I came across Boilers R Us l, rang them spoke to Richard and told him that my boiler says “Flame Failure”. Immediately I asked him how much they would charge to look at it and repair it if needed. I was very pleasantly surprised at how willing he was to help me free of charge unlike other companies that would take every opportunity to get money out of you. He stayed on the phone as he guided me how to fix it. Et voila!! My boiler started working again! And I did not have to go through the night freezing. I have to say I am so impressed of your ethics and moral standards. Thank you so very much Richard. I would definitely get in touch if again for your service. Maria

Jan 12,2022We needed a new boiler and they came to provide a very reasonable quote within hours of the initial phone call. Everyone I spoke to in boilers r us was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Boiler was installed days later with no problems at all, and with the promise of help at the end of a phone. Great service.

Dec 17,2021Boilers R Us provided a great service. At short notice they managed to arrange for an emergency engineer to fix a gas leak from a gas fire being removed. The engineer was efficient and thorough and worked very quickly, also explaining what he was doing which is always great to know. We would have been without heating or hot water had they not been able to help us, very appreciative!

Feb 22,2022Boilers R Us fitted a new combi boiler in my daughter's apartment. The service from both the office staff and the engineers was excellent throughout. The old boiler was removed and the new boiler fitted with the minimum of fuss and full explanation was given by the engineers of the new heating controls before they cleared up and left the whole area spotless. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
