She understood how stressed I was and took full control reassuring me through the whole process. Got me the BEST quote and made the transition so smooth. This lady deserves a pay rise! Outrageous amount of calls and totally unprofessional of them to chase a potential client like this and has resulted in a loss of business.....why could they not leave a message in the first place?? I have now told this company that their approach is wrong and i would not have any confidence in doing business with this type of company. Richard Glasgow.

Nov 18,2021I rarely write reviews but was exceptionally impressed by Drew Paterson when I rang to renew my van insurance last night. He went out of his way to establish exactly what level of cover I needed and explored different ways of making the cost more palatable. To be honest, if he hadn't been so personable and willing to work with me to find a solution I would have gone elsewhere. He is a credit to the organisation.
