Oct 28,2021I returned to business choice direct due to my previous experience and their reputation and speaking to other drivers and managers within the Amazon delivery network. I was impressed at the level of information added this time, for example, I wasn't asked who I was working for last time so ended up getting the wrong amount of public liability (which turned out to be important), which meant I had to amend things. NOT THIS TIME THOUGH! Alex Parrish (motor sales agent) was clear, concise and conscientious, even when his colleague was singing eastenders theme tune in the background, he produced a fine display of relevant information which although I know must be mainly scripted was delivered superbly!
