Sep 28,2021Absolutely appalling service from the start , sold me a replacement vehicle policy which I was pleased to know I had , until they pointed out I didn't read the small print , only available for fourteen days , what use is that after my van was stolen , hire company demanded vehicle back after twelve days, business choice direct want me to carry on paying the insurance on a vehicle I no longer have , standard practice they said , please do not use these brokers

Sep 21,2021I have spoken to BCD before with multiple representatives but didn’t really get anywhere. Today however I got in touch with a lovely and extremely helpful operator LIANNE YATES, who listened, understood and offered a clear solution. Had an issue with claims, after speaking to Citizens Advice, the Court and BCD I was still confused and unanswered. Lianne took her time and got me in touch with the right people and gave a very clear set of next steps. Really helpful.
