Sep 09,2021After using there service for my commercial van insurance 1st years cover with no, no claims bonus on this vehicle. They were a decent quote. This is where the business fails for renewal. I was conversing with a lady called Shannon who was trying to get me the best renewal price. I explained that I had used a search engine and found the best price with a competitor of £1497.08. Shannon went away to see if this could be beaten or get close. Whilst I was busy working Shannon left a message regarding recontacting her as a revised quote was available. I rang at 15:39 08/09/2021(if you care to listen to your recorded conversations) to go through the quote but this time with a male who must of thought I was some sort of idiot as he was very insistant that I should be appreciative of the £1670 ish quote, that they had given me £100 towards the insurance to enable them to achieve the price. I mentioned the other company to be told that "I would'nt go with them as they only have 1.5* star review on google" but not the 4.5* review on trustpilot compared with their 4.7* review on trustpilot. To be then told that I would'nt go into a restaurant that only has 1*. So the conversation deteriorated further. At the end I informed him that I would like the one years no claims bonus sent when the policy lapses to be informed that I would have to ring up for this. When I got home I went on the competitors website filled in all the details to then acheive a price of £1204.45 Including Breakdown, Legal cover and Tools in transit which they were only part matching. They did have a replacement vehicle though but as I have two vehicles now going to be insured with the competitor I did not require. Broker Ref BRCX41

They called back promptly, gave realistic timescales and inspired confidence at every step until we were successfully insured. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you guys.
