I was quoted considerably less than 2 other brokers and managed to receive the policy details, read it, call Daniel back and take out the policy all in under half an hour. I am delighted.

Jul 21,2021Absolutely dire avoid this company at all cost, Took out a policy,2 weeks later got a cancelation notice for not declaring a previous claim, lies it was disclosed when confronted tried to worm way out. When looked into it, it was proven i declared it but need written prrof from previous insurer that it was an add on this is put to me 3hrs before policy terminates and im working 4hrs from home in scotland. Got proof from previous insurer to prove was a add on to my policy now cant get through to them again trying for 3 days to be on hold for 30mins then cut off. This claim for an add on has never affected my insurances in the past and has consumed far to much of my time and affected my ability to work like now sat at home trying to resolve this, avoid tbis company at all costs Customer services is absolutely shocking almost none existent.

Jul 16,2021After we shop around for fleet insurance for our new company Harrison Mils from business choice direct he offer us 2 policy on the day we commit to buy the policy he said something after the validation team said something else i ask to listen to the conversation because is spouse to be registered they said they will but never call back not from the validation team Olivia which said will call back by Wednesday not from the manager Tim ,the only person is was call back was Mr Harrison Mills wich try to convince me he was right he said is listen to the phone but the manager never call back i have to cancel all policy with them at my choice because it was to much stress i have to call everyday for the update managers running away from responsibility he said they have to sort out the complain in 3 days if they can sort out in 3days they will rise a formal complaint apparently the manager caught covid that they said and they will make a formal complain which is gonna take 8 weeks .i wouldn't recommend this company to nobody.
