Very easy to speak with customer service agents thanks to a manned live chat. Advisor wasn't dealing with multiple chats at the same time either. I got all answers I needed from a very helpful Abigale and didn't need to spend an eternity on hold etc. Thank you!
Rich was extremely helpful last week on the phone when I had to change the existing insurance onto a new vehicle for the business. Extremely patient on the phone when i did not know the exact details regarding the new vehicle, went out his way to help me. When i called back a few days later I was glad I got Rich again. Extremely polite and helpful

After talking tirelessly to 10-15 insurance groups I finally got through to Harley and what a blessing that was, he not only found me the best deal but then managed to get more money off and was so professional and went out of his way to help couldn’t recommend this gentleman or company enough he is a huge asset to the company I will be sending friends and family too him most definitely in future top job Harley

Had a little wait for the customer services
I was being chased for documents but I had sent them several times. I used the live chat service and spoke to Abigale and she told me that they had received them but I would keep receiving the chaser emails until my insurer had approved them. So at least I have the confirmation that the documents were received but it was just an automated communication message.
Continually sent all documents requested and kept getting document requests. Cost me nearly £300 to cancel policy and have requested my documents 3 times to provide to my fleet insurer and I’m still yet to get what I require which is going to cause my policy to get cancelled. I would not recommend or use again
They charged me over 600£ for cancellation!!Don’t use them !
