Jun 07,2024The time to get to speak to somebody is absolutely terrible.I left a message for a manager to call me regarding the constant inappropriate texts and emails that i had been receiving, even though everything requested had been provided. I have yet to receive a call(over 6 hours now). I sent emails with no replies.The only saving grace was being able to speak to Jana, who was brilliant and kept me up to date with what is going on from her side. I would have given this rating 5 stars had it not been for the other disappointing factors.

Jun 05,2024As a result of my company moving premises and setting up a a new wing to it , the insurance company decided to make my life as difficult as they could. Nikki however challenged them and managed to make them see the error of their way. Excellent service as I have found for many years. As for the insurance company I will be instructing the broker to look elsewhere for next years policy. Thanks very much phil

Jun 01,2024The most helpful insurance brokers I have ever dealt with. Managed to setup initial policies with them including a multi vehicle fleet policy where other brokers where not prepared to look at pricing. Easiest change of drivers and adding / removing vehicles I have ever done. Jusdeep and Sam were excellent even 30 mins before closing got everything done and stayed past the normal closing time to get everything sorted out. Amazing customer service

May 27,2024You can never speak to anyone when you call, no matter what time you call, the company seems to find the most exspensive insurers, as i have had much much cheaper quotes...bcd are brokers they seem to be inadequate in response. You cant even speak to them to cancel your polocy....i will be talking to the insurance ombusman about the way they work.the dates i spoke to them are a guess not sure of the exact days.

May 24,2024This company is top tier! The fact that they were able to give me insurance where others couldnāt ( and with a more sensible price then others ) was a bonus. From start to finish Jose was caring, understanding and very professional! His customer service skills were top notch. Canāt fault the Guy at all! I shall be using this company for the foreseeable future when it comes to insurance.

May 20,2024Suddenly 360'd on my insurance... They wanted to include new clauses. These clauses would affect my business negatively. In a competitive field I decided this would ruin my well earned reputation and would prevent me from earning big earners... I had to sort a new insurance in short notice. My mum had acted on my behalf and she had accidentally agreed to the Clauses without realizing the issue. When it came to having our money back as the insurance wasn't suitable we didn't receive the refund in full. We did try and keep with them but without such clauses but they didn't want to know. I had used them previously for a couple of years.
