Aug 24,2024I have been a longstanding customer. Renewal time so checked with comparison site before speaking with BCD BCD gave me a renewal quote of nearly £500 MORE expensive than the comparison site quote. Ironically the two quotes were from the same insurance company. BCD maybe good when you are a new customer to them. But they certainly do not look after old customers. Needless to say I am now insured by a different company.

The service and communication throughout the process from quotation, understanding our needs to final quote was outstanding. Aidan went above and beyond, something we have not been used to. Our insurance cost was considerably cheaper than other quotes for the same cover.

Aug 20,2024I’ve had a really hard time reaching anyone at Business Choice Direct. I’ve tried calling over 15 times in a day without any luck. When you’re about to purchase a policy, they answer the phone super quickly. But when you need help, it feels like they don’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance broker. Try to avoid them if you can!

I had a request for cancelling my insurance via telephone after the office hours and they responded the very next morning bygobing me a notice period of 1 week to cancel. But my circumstances changed at the last day of notice period and didnt want to cancel anymore. They responded steadfastly to my request and revoked the notice of cancellation. Their prompt response is what made me stick with BCD

Jul 26,2024hi , I am Ram Kumar, after disqualification start with insurance this company the Brocker connected , I was 430 pounds infant and 290 per month all details I provided what I have got from the court and dvla . after cooling off period they told me there is some more amendment and endorsement your insurance will be 490 per month its not affordable for me . I am appointed a driver and pay to him that was cheaper for me . when the Brocker call me I am explained and cancel the policy . they didn't pay back my deposit . now they send to me a collection agent to pay 301 pounds again just 16 days insurance I lost 430 and 290 plus 301 . so I am not making money from tree shivering .
