A quick chat with the team and we narrowed it down to a few, the guys talked me through the features and benefits of each one then steered me to the cheaper one of the two as it was the best fit for what i needed. The whole process was faultless, and the free coffee was amazing! I pick my new bike up tomorrow ❤️ Thank you

I received a call reminding me the bike didn't come with pedals and they made the arrangements to add pedals with no additional delivery charge. Overall I'm very happy with the bike and received great customer service.

Dec 16,2024They saved our Christmas, we had original order the same bike from trek who also said it was in stock, when I check the tracking I was told the 27/05/2025 , I then in a state of panic found the same bike at here , I ordered it Sunday , rang them Monday just confirm it was realty in stock and then a message Tuesday to say it had been fully built and ready for collection, fantastic I can’t thank them enough, they should come up top of your google search , I put ck the bike up Thursday and everyone was fantastic, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure, that’s how shopping online should , I can’t thank them enough

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable so any questions that you have can be answered. A great selection of bikes for every budget,I was blown away with how many bikes they actually have available to view and buy. Feb 11,2025Chuffed with my online purchase. They were impressive from the start of transaction. I sent an email to approximately 20 different ebike stores for a quotation and advice of what to get. Just knew I wanted an ebike that looked decent and had good range These were by far the fastest and actually helped me from headsize to leg size to suggesting an ideal bike. The provided link in their email reply showcased a Specialized Vado which has been delivered with my requested addons and is a joy to ride. One small issue, I hadn't even thought about mudflaps until today's cycle in wet weather. Need these to keep the dirt and grime from spoiling the beauty of the design and function of the moving parts. The salty water off the recently "gritted" roads needs to be channelled, as best as possible, away from mechanical parts.
