I am new to biking and they explained everything in a simplistic manner and made excellent recommendations based on my wants and needs. The bike is great and even when a part was needed they ordered it and had it with my within a few days. Great service!

Jan 20,2024I bought a bike in the sale for my son’s birthday, but it was wrongly priced on the website due to a computer error. After abit of negotiation they agreed to honour the price advertised. My son is made up as it’s a really good bike for a great price.

Jan 19,2024Buyabike have been spot on. If not for their courier "fedex" it would be 5*. Bike was dispatched early but despite waiting in all day it did not arrive on the day arranged. It did however arrive first thing the following morning....damaged in transit! Buyabike sorted this out instantly, customer service top notch. I sorted the repairs (not being local to them) and they repaid me as soon as I provided them the details to do so. The bike itself (other than the damaged in transit bits) is brilliant and v good value for money. Ive bought it for family bike rides and cant wait to get going. Its a shame fedex let them down but ive otherwise got nothing but good things to say about my experience with buy a bike.

Jan 19,2024I don't often write reviews however I have been really impressed with Buy A Bike. The cost of the bike was one of the lowest I could find, the communication and customer service with the buy a bike team was excellent. When I wanted to add ancillary items (mudflaps and inner tyre protection) to the order, they not only added them to the order for free delivery, they even fitted them for me. The free delivery on a bike this big with tracking was a complete bonus. Definitely recommend to others.

Jan 18,2024Good prices of bikes on sale, and very quick and easy to keep in contact regarding progress of order and any issues with it. If in feauture i will be buying new bike - then i will definitelly check them first. And there were few issues with the order - partially my fault as well - but they still helped and sorted all the problem. Fully recomended.

Jan 13,2024Failed by their courier, Fedex, in not delivery in their scheduled window or at any time on the agreed date, even though they 10 hours to do so (0800-1800). Bike arrived 4 days late. Failed again by their courier, who managed to damage the bike on either the first or second deliveries. A replacement part was required to put it right, which I now have to fit. Failed by their own workshop who sent the wrong bike keys, no manual and clearly did carry out the PDI checks that they signed off as having been completed. Creates doubt about whether and PDI work was actually carried out. Manager Mike was able to get it sorted out quickly after numerous phone calls.

Jan 08,2024I was looking this morning for a new summer bike and I came across Buy a Bike 🚲 The website was very easy to follow and the bike I choose was very heavily discounted I phoned up and spoke to Mike who confirmed that he had the bike in stock and would ask the mechanics to have it ready so I could have a look at it in the flesh without any obligation to buy. On entering the showroom we where met with a very warm welcome which is nice and after a quick spin around the rear car park area and a chat to the mechanics we completed the purchase and we where on our way .To summarised Mike and all staff where extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this fine cycle dealership.

Jan 07,2024I went in not long before Christmas, having left it a little late to buy a bike for my little boy’s present. Lewis was brilliant from start to finish, not only advising me on sizing but also getting it ready in record time and I collected it the next day. Really friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgable. We’ve since been back in with my son to buy a helmet and saw Lewis again as well as another colleague who was really helpful too and brilliant with my son. Many thanks to you all; We’ll be back.
