All staff are very knowledgable, they don’t just want your money like a lot of places they were very helpful with me selecting a bike and let me try different sizes until I was happy. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again.

May 11,2024Buying online is very easy and more than often very convenient. BUT the whole experience of buying a new bike the traditional way and actually visiting the dealer is such a buzz. It’s a feeling you do not forget. At Buy a Bike they make sure for all the right reasons, you will never forget the experience. I visited the Buy a Bike premises and was immediately impressed with the very well presented showrooms and then the welcome from the enthusiast staff, AWESOME. I’ve ridden off road for more years than i care to remember and didn’t think there was a gap in my all round knowledge but what a breath of fresh air. I can honestly say the advice and conversation was Interesting and informative. After a lengthy visit, and a complimentary cup of coffee, I left with a brand new machine and more importantly renewed enthusiasm for the sport we all love. A big Thankyou to ALL the team at Buy a Bike. Roll on my next visit.

May 07,2024still not received the bike, fedex have put off the delivery again until tomorrow, 8/5/24, it should have been delivered on the 3/5/24, they should change there carriers, The bike should have been delivered on friday 3/5/24, we stayed home all day, received a message at the end of the day to say it was being delivered on the Tues, 7/5/24, couldn't get hold of anyone for an explanation, just recorded messages, finally got through to the local fedex depot on sat morning 4/5/24, we were advised we could collect rushed too get there before they closed, on arrival was told it was still on the van and they had no access to the van, so wasted journey but told we would receive it on 7/5/24, Tues, we then got a message Tuesday morning to say delivery was put back to wednesday the 8/5/24, called fedex again to find out what was going on, and advised the driver didn't have room on the van for it, (even though we were told it was still on the van on Sat), fortunatley we were able to collect from the depot, to avoid further disappointment. We had paid for delivery and yet we go the run around and had to collect ourselves hence the 1 star review, for both supplier and carrier, seems to me there is lack of communication on both parties, also the lack of care and concern for the customer. However the redeeming thing in all of this the bike was greatfully received by our grandson for his birthday despite the delay, and seems ok. Still think you should look into different courier service

Apr 27,2024Considering I visited the shop during peak time (a sunny Saturday afternoon) I was seen very quickly by Lewis. He was very patient with my basic Electric bike knowledge and showed me a range of bikes which he felt would be suitable for my needs. Lewis and the rest of the team were welcoming, funny and clearly have many years of supplying bikes to novices, like myself!

Apr 21,2024It's been 20 years since I bought a new ride, but I knew all about Buy a Bike as they've been around for years. When it came to wanting to see a bike and get a feel for size, I knew I had to come here given their excellent reputation and I wasn't disappointed. Chilled out, no-pressure browsing but then knowledgeable and friendly staff when you did need them, who were happy to help me choose a few bikes to try out. Ended up going away to mull things over then ordering click and collect to store online. When I went to pick it up, it was all ready and had been built and quality checked by the mechanics. Again, staff were great and made the whole experience brilliant on collection. Will be returning in a few weeks for my 6 week free bike-check as well to make sure it's all running smoothly. Can't thank you enough. Love my new bike, and wouldn't have picked it out without the knowledge and experience of your shop.

Apr 10,2024I was apprehensive about spending over 2k on a bike online, but I needn't have been with BaB the whole experience was easy and Very swift, bike arrived before ETA on order I got tracking info FedEx were good. Straightforward assembly and check's. Bike all good to go now.
