Dec 19,2023Bike ordered for Christmas. Bike built in no time at all and stored in the workshop to collect closer to Christmas, which was hugely helpful. Build quality is excellent. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Really cannot fault the service.

Nov 27,2023Just collected my new Giant Revolt 0.The bike was assembled ready, with the pedals I ordered, and even the cleats fitted to my new shoes. As soon as I walked in the staff were ready to serve and help, even with a general chit chat about cycling. The Cyclescheme process was straight forward, but remember to read the shops T’s&C’s before ordering a bike on sale, unlike me! Mike sorted me out a good deal. Highly recommended friendly shop and will be recommending them to my cycling friends. Thanks, Steve

Nov 10,2023I visited Buyabike recently as I was interested in an e-bike but didn’t really know what the best options were. I made it clear I wasn’t in a position to purchase straight away, which was accepted without question. I’ve had experience of sales staff turning off immediately when you say that - but not here. The staff were considerate, friendly and took time to explain the various brands, options and made me a recommendation based on my budget. Fantastic experience and I’ll be back to purchase in the future without doubt.

Nothing was too much trouble when I wanted to test ride a new bike which turned out was slightly too big (I thought I knew best, which I didnt) luckily they had the same in stock but one size smaller which was perfect. Received lots of advice and help. Everyone we dealt with explained everything regarding the 6 week check up etc. My husband is now also looking for his next new bike and we wont hesitate in returning. Thank you Buy a Bike :-)

Dec 22,2023An excellent buying experience from start to finish, as an inexperienced buyer, the team helped me find the right bike for my ability, needs and price range. They were also brilliant at sizing and fitting my son for his new bike at the same time. Made plenty of time for us. Collection was on time as agreed and the bike was setup to my requirements and giving great maintainable advice. Overall a brilliant buying experience I didn't expect in the current climate. I will be back in the future for sure.
